"This property had no reviews so we knew we were taking a risk with it, when we looked on other sites we found it had very poor reviews and we went with low expectations. However the property was far better than we thought it would be. It’s not a bedsit, there is a separate kitchen with table and chairs, the bedroom is a reasonable size as is the shower. The balcony is bigger than it appears and is accessible by sliding doors from both the bedroom and kitchen, great views of the sea and beach area. The staff at El Sirocco were helpful, I rang them a few days before going as I was concerned about finding the apartment. They meet you at the bottom of the Calle, more an alley than a street and make sure you have been able to get into the apartment. Things you need to be aware of: The property is only accessible by 100 steps, we counted unsuitable if you have mobility problems. There’s no air conditioning, we were there in November so it was a okay. There is a fan but we didn’t use it. Just two electric hobs, no kettle, microwave or toaster so you need to be creative with your cooking. There are plenty of utensils. The bed has seen better days but is comfortable. That said, the property was clean, loads of spare bedding towels, plenty of storage space and chairs. Washing machine works. We normally only stay at properties with very high ratings but this one is far better than many we have stayed at and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."

"Our apartment was in the perfect location, right by the marina and if we looked over the rooftops we could see the sails. Shops, restaurants, and the beach are all close by. It was spacious and clean but we did find a critter one morning!! We had a private roof terrace with kitchen, bbq, shower and washer but more importantly, the sun. We were a bit of a walk from the pool, it was a great addition but struggled to get a lounger and the bar/restaurant was closed 2 out of the 3 days we were there. We’d stay again! "
