Emplacement ideal

Bel appartement confortable et une vue splendide sur la lagune. Bien situé a proximité de la place St Marco et des vaporetos au départ de tous les sites touristiques.

Appartement idéalement situé mais…

Entrée dans les lieux un peu compliquée avec une attente de plus de 30 mn devant la porte. Et nous avons dû batailler pour payer le juste prix de la taxe de séjour. Découverte de l’appartement agréable, très bien situé à 10 mn à pied de la palace Saint Marc. Super terrasse et assez grand pour une famille de 5. Cependant l’appartement était très sale. Notamment la cuisine la vaisselle et le frigo. Nous avons dû tout nettoyer. Énormément de poussière aussi, le sol n’était pas très propre non plus et les équipements vraiment défraîchies. La terrasse et la table extérieure étaient aussi très sales. La porte de la salle de bain de ferme pas. Cet appartement devait être très bien il y a quelques années mais ce n’est désormais plus le cas. Des travaux de rénovation sont à prévoir et surtout changer de prestataire de ménage. Devoir tout nettoyer alors que nous payons 80 euros de ménage pour trois jours ce n’est pas acceptable.

What an amazing place!

Are you looking for an apartment that has an amazing location? - 10 minutes by foot to Piazza San Marco - a few merers away feom the „water“ with views of the canal from the Terrasse but also from the living room - right in front of a major boat stop (150 meters away, Arsenale)? But — you also want a quiet place that despite being „in the middle of things“ does not disturb your good night sleep by either noises from outside the house or inside? Then you found your secret hideaway! Plus super comfy beds, very clean, very well kept. And everything starts with a great checkin process with Matteo being super nice and giving us tips where to go (a very well stocked supermarket is 12 min walk, a smaller one is 3 min walk, restaurants are everywhere and also some great ones „round the corner“). The communication and coordination process was impeccable. We were staying as a family for three nights and even our teen kid (usually not easy to be excited) can’t wait to be back.

Great Location

The place was in a fantastic location, so close to everything including the water bus stops that can take you to all of the surrounding islands. The door lock and key takes a little bit until you get the hang of it as we kept fighting with it for the first day or so. Also the washing machine is not very accessible and extremely old so we didn’t end up using it even though we’d planned to. We were told upon check-in that it works and I’m sure it does but it’s not very accessible and we didn’t want to wreck anything. Otherwise communication, location, and cleanliness were all great and we really loved our stay!

Ich habe den Abfluss des Waschbeckens im Bad selbst auf "venezianische" Art repariert. Eine PET-Flasche abgeschnitten und unter gestellt. Das empfand ich nicht einmal als Mangel, in einer Stadt vom Alter Venedigs.Solche Kleinigkeiten kann man zu Hause als großes Ferienabentuerer erzählen. Am Markusplatz war schließlich jeder. War ein klasse Aufenthalt

Optimal für Ausflüge in Venedig

Typische italienische eingerichtete süße hübsche Wohnung. Teilweise Blick auf das Maritime Geschehen... Vaporetto... Bäcker, Restaurants, Bar alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung. 10 min zu Fuß bis zum Markusplatz Können wir nur empfehlen!

Good location

Overall the location was very good. Some difficulty with communication but in the end the owner called us to work with the heat. It only raised up a little but it was ok. Again the location could not have been better.

Elegant and central

20 minute walk along the Arno to historic Florence. Grocery store, yummy restaurants and transportation just steps away. Lorenzo our host was very helpful and welcoming!

Tolle Maisonettewohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Highlight ist die Terasse mit Blick aufs Wasser. Durch die zentrale Lage sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen.

Renovierungsbedürftig

Die Wohnung ist leider nicht in einem so guten Zustand: Kurz nach unserer Ankunft kam schon die Feuerwehr weil ein Teil des Fensterladens auf die Straße gefallen war. Zum Glück ist niemand verletzt worden. Alle Scharniere der Läden waren durch Rost so unbeweglich, daß es nicht möglich war sie zu fixieren. Der Duschkopf war undicht, so daß durch die Dauerfeuchtigkeit der Duschvorhang die unteren 30 cm verschimmelt war. Der Handtuchtrockner funktionierte nicht, dadurch hatten wir immer feuchte Handtücher.

Great location

My sister and I stayed in this apartment for two nights at the start of our trip. Matteo met us at the vaporetto stop and walked us to the apartment. The location is fantastic. One blocks in front the big canal and a short 10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. Very cute apartment with a terrace. The view from the terrace is fantastic! The issues we had were fairly minor. The toilet was a bit dirty and the seat was broken (one of the screws that holds it on), but still usable. I called the property owner to let her know so she wouldn’t think we broke it. The bedroom closets needed to be cleaned better as they were a bit dusty. The maid was waiting outside our door for a few hours the day we were leaving. I would have told her, but she didn’t understand English. I would suggest the owner talk to the cleaning lady. Overall the location was the deciding factor and i would possibly stay again.

Great Venetian apartment

What a wonderful experience! This apartment suited our family great ( aged 63,43,30 and 3) we were all very comfortable and had enough room to spread out. The apartment was fairly clean and very quiet, the area was perfect with everything we needed within a stones throw. Grazie to our host! We didn’t have any issues and if one came up they give you a giant book with how to troubleshoot any problems. Venice was amazing and the apartment was a perfect home base for us, it is a climb up 3 or 4 floors of narrow, steep steps but we managed fine. Would stay again oh and the roof top terrace was absolutely incredible!

Venezia Dachterrasse at it’s best!!

Nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter! Schöne Wohnung ! Alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, Küchenausstattung könnte verbessert werden… (1 Weinglas !?) Bad auch! Dennoch: wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht! Die Dachterrasse - ein Gedicht!!! Die Aussicht: unfassbar!! Die Lage der Wohnung: besser geht nicht!! Danke Luisa und Matteo!

Very centrally located but just far enough to feel authentic.

We had a great time in Venice. It was a great home base and all the suggestions made in the hosts” book were perfect. Do yourself a favour, book this and follow the suggested itineraries. I wish we had more time there. Highly recommend.

It’s fine.

Lovely place with great view

We stayed five nights in this lovely apartment. Well furnished and his or what you need. Communication was communication was great- especially once we were there. Loved that the place is split in 2 levels- so the family could spread out a bit. Only criticism- the beds are old and very uncomfortable! All in all- great place to stay!!

Great location, nice roof terrace, charming appartment

This appartment is wonderful if you don‘t mind minor technical imperfections. Communication with Luisa was super fast and friendly, most of the sightseeing attractions are within walking distance and the roof terrace is great for breakfast and dinner. Recommended!
