Excellent view of canal. Some of the NYE fireworks were viewable from the window (most too low but were able to see some of the higher ones). Walkable to everything. Well supplied.

Skip the expensive hotels by the crowded areas. This is a five star stay in the form of a VRBO. Super calm and quiet and is centrally located so accessing any part of the island is super easy. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment right on the Grand Canal. The view was absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better, just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and with both gondolas and the vaporetto station right next to the house. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Venice!
