Perfect place to stay in Venice!
The room was very clean, a lot of space for the luaggage, A/C, small fridge, coffeemachine and teacooker available.
The seperate toilet is equipped very well (including towels, hair dryer, cosmetic tissues, shampoo..) and aslo very clean.
All you need for a relaxed an homelike atmosphere!
Skøn beliggenhed, dejligt lille sted, hyggelig lille morgenmads terrasse med rigtig fin morgenmad.
Skønt, meget venligt og imødekommen personale.
Gode senge , kan klart anbefales.
Really tasty breakfast freshly prepared. Big room and clean private bathroom. Excellent food recommendations in the city, and an easy walk to everything.
Loved this B&B. Very charming. Clean and well kept. It was very charming. We absolutely loved the location, right on Campo Margarita. It was bustling with activity, but it was not too noisy. The breakfast was personal and charming. If you want a charming, European experience, stay here.

Liked: Cleanliness
Right in the heart of Campo Santa Margarita
Very unique didn’t expect to find this jewel walking down the narrow dark alley
Very typical Venetian property in a fantastic area near the university. Beautiful room which was very clean and comfirtable. Breakfast was great and there were drinks available all day to hrlp yourself. We had a room with private batgroom but id probably choose tge shared batbroom next time as for ours you had to walk accross the little lounge. Really great stay though despute this niggle! Bathrooms were realky clean too.
It was an outstanding experience and Anniversary weekend. We felt completely comfortable, we let one of the staff members know we’d be leaving early to catch our flight and he left us a breakfast to go box. We feel staff went above and beyond on us making our Venice experience one to remember forever!! We will definitely be back♥️ Thank you again
This B&B is fabulous! It’s located near the university, which is a lovely part of the city. Prices in bars and restaurants are much less than the touristy area of San Marco. The room was very comfortable and there’s a lovely sitting area and balcony to relax. Andrea is a wonderful host - very accommodating and even helped us to do some laundry. Nothing was too much trouble. A bit tricky to find ... look for the laneway near the fish market, next to Al Volvo Pizzeria.

Bathroom isn’t attached or it’s shared
Great location in a square that was less touristy that we liked.
The rooms were spacious. Just ensure you are ok with there being a shared bathroom or, if not a shared one...one that isn’t attached to your room.
Chambre calme.
Very far from Venice railway station
You need to walk because there is no taxi or transportation.
It is very difficult to cross the bridge in Venice.
You have to cross about 10 bridges
This hotel can not find the entrance
If you go to this place, you will have to wander about 30 minutes to find the door.
There is a lot of rats going around outside the door that you only have to see in a very narrow alley.
The surroundings are dark and dirty.
Rooms do not have toilets and must use public toilets
I doubt whether a licensed hotel
You do not want to ever recommend that you use this hotel
Nearby facilities very poor
Drogerie, Supermarkt, Buchhandlung, Eine-Welt-Laden.
Very nice place, on typical narrow dead end street. Inside very clean, fresh and comfprtable. Nice staff and nice breakfast too. Reccomended without doubts ))
Local area is also nice, not so exaggerated with tourists as in very center.
We loved our stay and our host Andrea. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and spotless clean. Shared bathroom was not a problem. Our neighbors were considerate and we didn't wait for each other more than a couple of minutes. There are many little details we appreciated like cotton swabs, coffee, tea, water and even candy (really good BTW!).
As other travelers said, it's challenging to find. I recommend asking people for directions to Campo Santa Margarita. Once you arrive to the square, there is a pizza place and it's right next to it. But since the aisle is gated, you wouldn't think that you can get inside... So it's tricky. It would be great if Andrea included a detailed description and directions along in the confirmation email.
Other than that, we truly loved it and would return.
One more thing: when you have breakfast, they'll serve you pastry and coffee first, and then ask if you want eggs... a bit backwards for us. So if you like protein, inquire about it, so that you don't have to have croissant and jam, and then eggs after.
