Very nice. Comfortable beds and couch. Great location. The hosts were very helpful on check in showing us where grocery stores were and giving restaurant locations. And they provide a nice book with recommendations for each neighborhood and even how to use the vaporetta app. They met us on arrival and took us to the apartment

The apartment is immaculate the bidets the toilets the showers all function very well the temperature of the unit is very comfortable and can be changed by just cracking a window the unit was well provisioned I guess if I have to say something negative it was that you must climb 54 steps to get to the apartment but who doesn’t need the exercise? Maruska was very helpful even helped us get our bags up to the room there was private parking gated everything you need to enjoy the beautiful Florence

Wonderful all-around!

First off, the apartment was exactly as it looked in the photos. It was light-filled, quiet, conveniently-located, spacious, and was everything we were expecting. What we weren’t expecting was the concierge service that Views on Venice, who manages the property, provided. They sent someone to meet us at the Rialto Bridge vaporetto stop and personally walked us to the apartment, which was fantastic because Venice is a very easy city to get lost in and especially when you are tired from traveling and trying to manage luggage! Enricka took us up to the apartment and gave us an orientation on the apartment and how different appliances worked, (including a washing machine, which was an awesome feature). She provided restaurant recommendations and other tips. We were also delighted to have access to someone via email who made reservations for us with a water taxi, a mask company, and a glass making studio in Murano. The only hiccup we had was that the cleaning crew had missed one of the bathrooms (wasn’t horrible but there was other people’s hair—ew) but when I notified the property manager, they offered to send someone back. We didn’t take them up on the offer because we didn’t want anyone coming in after unpacking, but they did offer to make it right which was appreciated. Fortunately there was a broom and we just took care of it ourselves. That was the only issue in an otherwise perfect stay and like I said they went above and beyond with EVERYTHING else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had splendid family vacation. Beds and pillows were comfortable, the apartment was clean , spacious and equipped with the needed utilities. Was near to restaurants , stores and 6 min walk from the taxi and bus place. We were contacted prior our arrival and received to be guided to the apartment, a map was provided with important information on touristic and supermarket places. Our flight back home was cancelled and they were more than helpful extending our stay and for a reasonable price.

Thoroughly enjoyed this property! Communication from the manager were excellent, and all questions were answered before and during our stay. The property manager met us at the water taxi landing closest to the apartment, and assisted us with luggage and entry into the home. Communications were great, as well as assistance in arranging for transportation to and from the train station. We utilized the appliances as well, which all looked new. The air conditioners, dishwasher and washing machine worked perfectly. Enjoyed preparing meals in the kitchen as the local coop/supermarket is a short 5 minute walk. Local restaurants, tourist sites, shops and transportation are all close. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfekt Lage für den Aufenthalt in Venedig. Zentraler geht nicht. Die Schlafzimmer sind gut aufgeteilt. Wir würden uns nur einen größeren Tisch (viereckig mit einer Klappseite, dann kann der Tisch bei Bedarf vergrößert werden) im Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung und auch die Agentur ist empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage und ist nett eingerichtet. Wir waren 2 Personen und das war ok, für 4 Personen würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Die Wohnküche ist doch eher klein aber für Frühstück ausreichend. Die Sessel am Esstisch sind nicht gut. Im Bad fehlt ein Handtuchhalter neben dem Waschbecken und eine Ablagemöglichkeit. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, im Allgemeinen ist die Wohnung wirklich OK.

Bel appartement à deux pas du Rialto!

Appartement confortable, propre et bien décoré, au 3e étage dans une petite ruelle tranquille. Cuisine complète bien qu’il manque quelques petits trucs comme une passoire et essoreuse à laitue, mais rien qui empêche de cuisiner. Merci à l’équipe de gestion pour la planification à l’arrivée et à Enrica pour l’accueil.
