Wonderful property!

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Venice! It was perfect for a family of 6. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. We greatly appreciated the 3 bathrooms and 3 showers. Comfortable beds. The location was private and at the end of the road by the canal. Great location in Dorsoduro. Thank you for having us - would definitely stay again!

Venice Like a Local

We loved our apartment in the Dorsuduro neighborhood! It was conveniently located near the Academy Bridge so that you could be anywhere in Venice very quickly using the vaporetto services. But it was also a very quiet neighborhood away from the tourist crowds, which we loved! We found great restaurants and shops nearby. The size and layout of the apartment was great and we loved the garden and the small patios outside each bedroom.

Hidden Oasis

The property was in a very quiet spot, almost impossible to find these days in Venice. The garden and terraces were wonderful. The apartment was spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped. As others have mentioned, a railing on the staircase would be helpful. The biggest disappointment was the outside “lounge” chairs. Most anyone over 60 can’t get out of the low chairs because of the lack of comfortable chairs, we couldn’t enjoy the garden as much as we would have liked.

Un appartement à l'emplacement idéal et assez parfait, plus proche d'une maison d'amis que d'une location de vacances. Garder à l'esprit qu'une des trois chambres ne communique pas directement avec sa salle de bains.

We loved the outdoor space, the feeling of being nestled in the neighborhood. The kitchen was nicely outfitted and the farm kitchen table suited our meals very well. We are planning on returning! Aside from one of the kitchen cabinet doors that was missing, it would have been nice to have had some chairs by the white outdoor table. Also, the absence of a handrail at the staircase could be a real problem …

Wir waren alle sehr begeistert von "unserem" zuhause in Venedig - die Kinder (8 und 18 Jahre) und wir Eltern. Die Renovierung ist hervorragend gelungen und es ist sehr gemütlich, ordentlich und geräumig. Und der Garten - eine seltene grüne Oase in Venedig hat uns jeden Tag Raum für das Frühstück und einfach nur zum Verweilen gegeben. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig gelegen und fußläufig nur wenige Schritte von den Vaporetti Stationen Zattere oder Academia entfernt. Wir haben überlegt, aber uns sind keine Verbesserungen eingefallen. :-) Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

An Amazing Home in Venice

Can’ Minore was the perfect base to explore Venice. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful yet close to the Vaporetta and sights. We loved shopping for groceries and eating meals in the garden. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. The Views on Venice team was excellent (a shout out to Enrica) - they arranged for transport to and from the airport and met us at the taxi drop off to walk us to the apartment and provide orientation. Thank you for a special stay!

An sweet escape worth finding in Venice!

The place was charming and lovely. The beds and bathrooms were excellent and the showers had great water pressure. We appreciated the kitchen's well stocked table and glassware. The outdoor terraces upstairs and downstairs were terrific. I have already recommended Ca Minore to several friends who are planning trips to Venice. A map with bigger details would have helped us find our way to the supermarket, restaurants and the trash disposal areas. Of course Google Maps does the trick. Directions in English for the washer/dryer would have helped a lot! We did not realize that there was no TV at all. Not that we need it on holiday - but catching the early morning or late night news/stock reports for those of us still working would have been nice.

Peace and quite despite excellent, central location with lots of great restaurants and bars in walking distance. Stylish property with all you could imagine for a very comfortable stay ( even a yoga mat!) Cannot think of anything at all , it really was a 5 star property and very warm on chilly evenings.

Tres belle maison!

Nous avons passé weekend dans merveilleuse maison, tres confortable, où chaque détail est à sa place. La maison est si chaleureuse et belle qu'il y avait un risque de ne pas la quitter du tout. Et nous sommes venus voir Venise. Rue calme, canal, magnifique jardin, où nous avons bu le café le matin. Cette maison est devenue l’amour de Venise. Je veux vraiment revenir à Venise et rester ici, dans cette maison️
