Great property and condition. I liked it.

Amazing location that was perfect for my family. Communication was excellent and they were very helpful with many things. Pillows were nice but beds could use an upgrade. Property was just perfect though, location and condition.

Great location! It's an easy walk to San Marco, the Academy area, Rialto, and a couple of water bus stops. There are many restaurants near by. The must be a music school nearby, as we enjoyed piano, violin, and some opera singing, during the day. At night, it's very quiet. The staff that helped check is in were phenomenal. She met us at the water bus stop, provided recommendations for groceries and dining, and arranged a water taxi for when we left. The apartment was great - very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great too! The only issue, and minor at that, is that the description said there is a washer and dryer. There is a washer, but only a portable drying rack - no dryer. Fortunately, clothes dried quickly.

This property is conveniently located in the city of Venice, but in a quiet neighbourhood, a little far away from the busy noisy tourist sites. It is 10 minutes walk away from the St. Marco Square, within walking distance to most of the must see places. Most importantly, it is within 8 minutes away from one of the chain grocery stores, Despar and 6 minutes walk away from the water shuttle stop to the airport. The property is very spacious with a large living room, where there is a sofa bed. There are two bed rooms and two full bath. Both bedrooms are quite spacious. The apartment is well equipment. In every bedroom, there is an air conditioner. Summer in Venice definitely requires air conditioners. The management company is friendly and helpful. We checked out at 6 AM in the morning but forgot a camera in the apartment. The management sent someone at 7 AM to help open the apartment door. We like this apartment and recommend it without any reservations. TJ

Would recommend this apt to friends

Homey apartment. Kitchen has everything we need. We slept well. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean. Washer was a big help. There is a dryer rack to hang clothes dry. Very good location. Easy check in. They were helpful with water taxi reservations. Unit is exactly what you see on the pictures posted. It is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. One minute walk to the apt from where the water taxi docks. I felt safe in the area even during late night.
