Gorgeous

Everything about this apartment makes you feel special. The hosts are sweet. The location is perfect. Its quiet but only minutes walk from commerce. The stairs are a lot.

The best place for couples in Venice

Wonderful property with fully stocked breakfast kitchen. Host were absolutely wonderful, Silvia made homemade grappa and preserves that were delicious. I can’t say enough about the property and location! Other than the hike up the stairs ( can’t be helped in these buildings - beware) the apartment was a dream and the balcony upstairs was a wonderful retreat from the crowds. This one is a must!!

First time in Venice.

The place is really Cute. You need to be ready for the climb, but it’s right in the middle of everything. 4-7 minute walk pretty much everywhere. Sunset on the roof is great. Thanks for having us.

We absolutely loved this property, the location was great, the deck was amazing, and it was so easy to to get everything. We ended up making dinner several nights and eating on the deck... that view was perfect for morning breakfast and evening dinners. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible View!

Sergio and Flavia were great hosts. It was very easy to check in and check out. The location was amazing with the perfect balance of quiet and convenient. All the tourist areas were a maximum 10-15 minutes but many were closer. We enjoyed the terrace and the awesome view every morning and evening. This is an A++ Venice apartment.

Rooftop apartment

We stayed 5 days for our honeymoon. This property is everything that is advertised and more. The host are more than accommodating. If you plan to stay in Venice I highly recommend this property. Close walk to shops and restaurants and maybe a 7 minute walk to st Marco square.

Exceptional Venice Escape

Casa del Sole is absolutely amazing. It is well maintained and the owners take care of all the little details to make our stay even more fantastic. I highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for an excellent place to stay in Venice.

Wonderful property with panoramic deck overlooking the city. Close to a nice grocery store. Nice basic kitchen with microwave and coffee maker. Hosts were very helpful and the property is an excellent location. It is a loft so ceiling clearance is limited in places and it is a four story walkup. Enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Spot to Enjoy a Beautiful City!

I would highly recommend this spot. The apartment was VERY well stocked and the hosts were VERY kind and helpful. When I make it back to Venice, I will once again look to stay at Casa del Sol.

Wonderful 3 night stay

Had a wonderful 3 night stay. Great views from the roof top deck. Host was very gracious and made sure to leave us with some great food. Especially enjoyed the homemade strawberry jam. A lot of stairs but worth it.

Wonderful Oasis

Casa del Sole was such a welcoming and cozy apartment. We absolutely loved our stay. Sergio and Flavia have thought of everything and we were very comfortable. We loved the rooftop area and found the location perfect. An easy walk to everything we wanted to do but so quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Apartment

Despite the four flour walk-up, I would stay in this apartment anytime. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The apartment was clean with so many extra touches for our comfort. The view from the terrace is breathtaking - either with breakfast or a final glass of wine at sunset. The breakfast options were great!

Perfect place in the calm district of Venice

Lovely place to stay. 10 minutes from St. Marks square. Vaporetto stations not far away to have a ride either for Grand Canal or to visit Murano/Burano islands. Host was responsive and it was pleasure to stay in this apartment.

Our stay was great with excellent directions on how to get there from the train station. A welcome by the owner. Unique place being in the attic, but super clean and quiet. It made our stay in Venice unique and special! Very convenient location!
