Accès difficile; la personne à la réception doit nous ouvrir deux portes barrées sous clé en plus des portes pour le stationnement. Quartier louche qui ne semble pas sécuritaire. Pas d'ascenseur. Beaucoup de moisissures dans la douche. À mon avis, cet hotel mérite une note de 6/10, sans plus.

The property itself is nice and the staff are very helpful. It’s just in a terrible area that seems very unsafe, broken down, old. It’s very near the train so that makes it perfect. Otherwise, I would never go into that area-it seems scary.

We chose this property because of the location, easy access to the train station and parking which did not dissapoint. But upon our arrival we saw a mouse at the lobby and it is an old building with a weird smell.

The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was very appreciative of us staying there. It was in easy walking distance to buses to go into Venice. Parking was gated which was unexpected and put us at ease. The hostess was very friendly and informative of where to catch buses. All in all very nice.

Diese Unterkunft in einer angenehmeren Umgebung und ich würde sicher wieder buchen. Die Anbindung an Stadt und Bahnhof, bzw öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist zwar gut, aber schön ist die Gegend leider nicht.

Ordered deluxe room but got a tiny small room. Plus for parking. Left early and got a little breakfast before the ordinary breakfast started. Easy access to Venezia, 5 mins walk to train and 10 mins with train.

The first few nights were quiet and uneventful. Then the mosquitos came, even we shut the windows and door all day and all night. We would kill all that we could find but then there were more.

This is an old house converted into a 6-room bed and breakfast. Its main attraction is that it is close to Venice. The staff was helpful, the property as described. I have no complaints. There is a bus stop across from the house where you can take Bus 6 or 6L to Venice. But be advised, the busses are overcrowded. There isn’t a better way to get to town that we found.

The property was lively and comfortable and just a short walk to the train station for Venice one stop away. The staff was excellent and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We were offered cappuccino on arrival and the room had a small refrigerator stocked with drinks and an electric kettle with coffees and teas. There is no air conditioning but in early June,it was comfortable. Complimentary parking in a secure gate is included at no cost- a big plus for this area!! We were able to leave our car and luggage for our day of check out to enjoy a bit more of Venice. Nice people,nice small boutique hotel,great location !

Valentina e Maine nos receberam muito bem e nos deram dicas valiosas do que fazer em Veneza. O quarto é bem espaçoso assim como o banheiro. Com as janelas fechadas quase não se houve barulho da rua e a casa toda cheira a flores na primavera. O café da manhã é bem servido, com várias opções de frutas, doces e salgados. O chão é de madeira e faz um pouco de ruído quando alguém chega, mas são poucos quartos por isso não incomoda tanto. Ele nos deram uma cópia da chave da casa e do quarto, por isso tinha liberdade de chegar e sair a hora que quiséssemos.
