Conveniently located next to beaches (Manasota Key beach - 5 miles; Venice beach - 6.8 miles, Nokomis beach - 8.9 miles); golf courses; historic downtown Venice - 5.8 miles; 3 plazas with numerous restaurants within 1 mile; Woodmere park - 0.8 miles; Wellen park - 4.2 miles; Warm Mineral Springs - 9 miles;

Master bathroom includes: a large shower with a bamboo wood bench, his and hers vanity, soaps, shampoos, conditioner, hair dryer, and everything else needed for your stay.
Bedroom 2 includes a brand new king size bed with a brand new mattress, comforter and all linens, a walk in closet and automatic motion detecting light night stands.
Bedroom 3 includes a brand new queen size bed with a brand new mattress, comforter and all linens, good size closet.
Bathroom 2 includes a bathtub with anti-slip pad, soaps, shampoos, conditioner, blow dryer, etc. Both bathrooms include a handheld sprayer- shower head combo.
