Spacious, cozy home with a screen back porch that is great for sunning, dinner at sunset or looking at the stars. The many windows in the home offer a bright and sunny environment. All blinds filter light and all windows have blackout curtains. All appliances are newer. This is a great house in a great location...you can walk to First Watch for breakfast or lunch, shop at Dollar Tree, Burlington, Marshall's, Bealls and stop at Bonefish on the way home...while it's not within walking distance to the beach it is 3.0 mile drive to Sharky's on the Pier or Venice Beach. It sleeps, 4 to 6 Adults & children. Pets are welcome with a $100.00 non-refundable pet deposit.

There is a separate, private suite with a separate entrance that is in an isolated area for the owner. 1 common wall is doubled, sound-proofed. The inside door is a double-locked privacy door, bolted on each side. The sidewalk and gate to the suite are not visible from the guest's area. It also has a separate parking spot, leaving 3 spaces in the driveway for guests. We strive for no contact with our guests not to be unfriendly but this is your vacation time, we notify you of any goings on if we feel the need. Really though we just want to support you enjoying your stay.
Beautiful big neighborhood pool $5.00/person, per visit.

Our policy is to not contact guests unless we are needed. Access would be to come to the front door and ring the bell, after calling in advance if the guest need us or if something needs fixed.
