You'll have the entire house boat to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Drive up & park 6 ft from this clean, equipped houseboat in Cypress Cove Marina

Houseboat located on a private road in Cypress Cove Marina. Drive up to private parking for 6 vehicles and walk just steps to the front door to unload your bags and tackle. The living area has plenty of room to hang out and talk about your catch with Sat TV, internet and cell booster. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, microwave, gas oven/range, coffee pot and everything you need to cook your fresh catch. We have 2 bedrooms, one with a twin bunk and the other with two sets of twin/twin bunks. The bathroom has a full shower. The covered back deck has a 3 compartment stainless sink, cleaning station, grill, fan, porch swing and extra seating. We have plenty of boat parking along the side and back porch of the houseboat as well.

Ice machine and washer/dryer included for your convenience.

If you plan on going offshore, we would love to recommend charter companies, just ask!

Great parking and docking.

When I book in the Venice area my number one concern is docking for my boat. This place has a great docking setup. Parking for your vehicle is also very good.

A couple things went wrong during this stay, but the owners were excellent with everything. Great communication. Understanding ownership and responsive. Nothing that they could control, but the way they handled it was great. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Great quiet location right in the marina dock your boat right beside, or behind the houseboat. Perfect for any hunting, fishing, or just get away trip.

Property has everything you need to enjoy a fishing trip in Venice! Plenty of beds that are comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor cleaning station with grill, and icemaker. We had a wonderful time. Excellent communication with property owners with minor questions, and also with advice on where to fish in the area. Definitely recommend!

Awesome place!

Great houseboat in a really nice location at Cypress Cove Marina with pretty views of Cypress trees across the canal. Comfortable beds, good kitchen and everything you need for a stay in Venice. Good, convenient boat parking on the back dock and you can pull your vehicle right to the front door of the house to unload gear. Host Chris was very accommodating and helpful during our stay, and went out of his way to mail something we left behind. Definitely recommend!

Trout House Review

Pros: Great location with ample parking. Comfortably sleeps 4 people. Washer and dryer was a huge benefit. Owners are very quick to respond to messages. Cons: The sewer smell was very strong when we arrived. The owners were very quick to address it, but the smell never really went away. There is no Traeger grill as pictured. And the house wasn’t very clean. (Used snuff pouch on the ground near fridge, crumbs and wrapper pieces on floor in kitchen/living, heavy dust in corners). We went through and cleaned before unpacking our things. (This problem just needs to be addressed with whoever is hired to clean.) Overall a good experience! The space accommodated our group well.

Quiet and great location

Great spot to stay when fishing out of cypress cove marina. Both days we were picked up from the dock to head out. Very clean and comfortable to stay in. Had a little issue with the AC, but that was remedied with a call to the host. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip.

Great location for access to fishing. Close to the boat ramp. Easy to tie up to the back porch and have access to your boat. Great ice maker on the front porch. Lots of parking in front of the houseboat.
