Apartment in the Historic Centre of Venice with wonderful view of the Church of the Frari and the Rio dei Frari. Elegant apartment with independent entrance located on the first floor and consisting of a spacious living room with sofa bed and complete kitchen, on the upper floor we find the double bedroom and the bathroom with shower. High-level furnishings and finishes. Upon request 2 additional beds (sofa bed). Maximum capacity 4 people. Check-in time: 15:00 to 20:00. Arrivals between 20:00 and 23:00 may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival) (ID: IT027042C2625YL2IJ).

Beautiful, clean apartment in central location. Loved this place except for the very loud bar patrons directly below who partied til 3:00 a.m.!!The air conditioning did not work so we left the windows open and invited the mosquitoes in! The washing machine would not drain which was another problem. These things need to be repaired,
Beautiful wood floors, ceilings and beams overhead. Antique furniture.
Dining table lamp is lovely.
Spacious living area.
Fair sized kitchen and well appointed.

Ornate and classic Venitian Vrbo

The property was beautiful. Clean inside, antique restored wood and furniture with modern redesign of the kitchen and bathroom. It was confusing to locate, but fortunately the property contact was very responsive. Part of the charm of Venice is the confusion in finding things and getting lost in the city and this property was no exception at the start. FYI It would’ve been nice to get the code before we showed up at the property. Also pro tip: shut the door to the bathroom as the water heater makes a lot of noise during the night. We had a great time and this was a wonderful property though. I would definitely come back to this property again.
