The villa is conveniently located near CoolToday Park, the spring training home of the Atlanta Braves, and just 9 miles from Historic Downtown Venice.

The kitchen is modern and upgraded, equipped with stainless-steel appliances and stylish finishes. The living room boasts a coastal feel, creating a bright and airy ambiance perfect for relaxation, complete with a streaming TV. Enjoy tranquil lake views through the sliding glass doors, with an outdoor dining table and two Adirondack chairs where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee overlooking the lake.

The primary bedroom offers pure serenity with access to the outdoor patio. There is a queen-size bed and plenty of closet space. Attached is the spa-inspired primary bathroom, featuring a dual vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and offers chic décor with ample space to kick back and relax. The second bathroom has a gorgeous vanity with a shower/tub combo. The den offers a versatile space with a desk for setting up your remote office, along with a queen-size pull-out couch for family and friends.

Please note: Once the reservation has been made, we will send you instructions that require you to complete an additional $500 non-refundable Homeowners Association application, which will request personal information through the Gran Paradiso portal.

There is an additional $40 per guest fee for a Car Pass and Amenity ID upon arrival per the HOA.
Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets are allowed. A non-refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company.

House Rules: No smoking. No burning candles inside the lodging. No parties. The garage is not available for guest use.
