The staff at the hotel are incredibly accommodating. We stayed on new years eve and they allowed us to sleep in on Jan 1st after the new years celebration in Venice. The location is also very close to the train station and buses making it very convenient.

Personal de recepción estupendo pero las señoras que tenían que limpiar la habitación, no la hicieron y llegamos por la noche con esta sorpresa. El personal del hotel se brindo a limpiarla entonces muy amable pero a las 10 de la noche preferimos hacerlo nosotros y no esperar. Había una cucaracha bebe en la nevera. Las sábanas estaban muy limpias y todo el personal de recepción fue muy amable y ayuda en todo momento

Our room was very clean. Easiest check in. Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and approachable. They provided everything we needed and more with any information we needed abut transportation and how to move around the city. They were great people!

We stayed in a room that is supposed to be for 4 people. The room is so small that no space for carry ons( we only had carry ons). The bathroom has no counter space to put on your toiletries. I was wondering why the bathroom floor was wet when we got there. We realized that the water from the shower tends to spill out despite the glass shower door ( covers half the tub). I had to end up cleaning the floor to avoid slip and fall. The shower and the sink are not draining well. There are no rooms available on the ground floor. Our party had mobility issues and hard to climb up the stairs so i have requested for a room in the first floor and the property responded that they’ll accommodate, only to find out that to reach the “ first floor”, you need to climb 2 flight of stairs ! Bus stop to go to Venice is across the property.

Einfaches und günstiges Hotel. Sehr zentral gelegen: In 10 Minuten ist man am Bahnhof oder im Zentrum von Mestre. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und ich habe zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wasser bekommen. Die Einrichtung ist nicht die neuste und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war es für mich die richtige Entscheidung; ein richtiges Schnäppchen um Mestre und Veneidg zu besuchen.

Safe money stay here

I was pleasantly surprised especially since I was solo female traveller. Nothing fancy but all I needed. I felt safe. The neighborhood is a bit rough but no one bothered me even late at night when I came home by foot. Someone was always at the desk. The bed was very comfortable. It’s actually a good deal for price and I would recommend it for the price range. Transportation right outside the door. Short distance from Venice and the train station. Plenty of places to grab a coffee or eat. It also was quiet and the other guests were mature adults; luckily not late night party types!!

All the old reviews were right. I stayed from October 14–16 in room 104, and even after midnight there was constant noise. people going up and down the stairs, laughing, and shouting until late, then starting again at 7 a.m. The hotel is very old despite claims of renovation; the bed and furniture are outdated, everything was dusty, and there’s no elevator. Towels were dirty, and there was no shampoo provided. The only positive part was the kind receptionist who helped with my luggage. Overall, it was a complete waste of money.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the train and bus stations. There is a variety of restaurants nearby. The air conditioner worked well (which was great considering that it was very hot on that day), and the bed was comfortable. Somehow, though, a black fly got into the room, as well as some other insect on the floor. The hotel staff keeps the front door locked, which almost suggests that it may not be a safe neighborhood.
