Staff are accomodating, friendly,and courteous. Excellent staff. Bus ticket to Venice is available at the front desk. Hotel is clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended!

Not the best housekeeping. Taxes that were to be collected in cash at the hotel were quoted higher than listed on our booking receipt. The hotel manager stuck to his calculations despite the written agreement.

The waiter treated us badly, simply because we took a spoon from the coffee counter. He yelled that it wasn't to be messed with. And the breakfast on the website is not clear that it is paid for and when you check in no one informs you that you have to pay. We thought it was included in the price paid by the hotel. We found out that breakfast was paid only at checkout. We were a little disappointed.

Dear Guest,it is a not a problem for us to borrow you a spoon, a fork, a dish or something else, but it is not polite if you enter alone in the bar and get something.About breakfast, when you book a room you can choose between a price with breakfast and a price without breakfast which means you are supposed to know what you decide. Gute Ausgangslage für Besuch in Venedig. Mit dem Bus ist man sehr schnell im Zentrum von Venedig (man muss 1 Mal umsteigen). Parkplatz kostenlos. Schade, dass die Jalousien immer unten waren.

Wir haben 4 Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück gemäß Corona über einen Bestellzettel entsprach dem Italienischen Standard. Sehr gut hat uns die Sauberkeit in dem Hotel gefallen. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, ist aber gut mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof zu erreichen. Die Buslinie 32 H fährt direkt kurz vor dem Lidl. Zur Bushaltestelle sind es gerade ~ 5 -10 Minuten zu Fuss, man kommt dabei an dem Lidl vorbei und fährt mit 1 x umsteigen (nach 2 Stationen (Olimpia) Linie 2) ca. 30 Minuten zum Busbahnhof in Venedig. Mittwochs und Freitags ist in Mestre lokaler Markt der das italienische Leben wiederspiegelt.

La chambre était très bien et la salle de bain récente et grande. Les propriétaires père et fille super sympa et de bon conseil. De plus ils avaient un feuillet explicatif pour prendre le bus, afin de se rendre à Venise et revenir à l’hôtel, très précis et précieux car cela n’est pas toujours simple de se déplacer quand on ne parle pas italien!! Bref nous recommandons même si un peu loin de Venise mais pratique quand on a une voiture et pas cher comme hôtel !! Corinne et Michel

Bonjour Madame/Monsieur, Ce n’est pas agréable de recevoir des mots comme les votres, surtout quand vous signez “Anonymous” et vous ne mettez pas votre nom. Ce n’est pas une critique constructive. Quand vous arrivez, vous trouvez des indications. S’il y a des problèmes, vous pouvez nous appeler et on vous explique tout. Nous sommes toujours prêts à vous aider. On ne comprend pas pourquoi vous dites que les photos ne sont pas réelles. On veut souligner qu’une partie de l’hotel et toutes les salles de bains ont été renouvelées récemment. Cordialement.
