Mancava la carta igienica e la spazzatura alquanto complicata da smaltire, tant’è che l’abbiamo buttata fuori dal balcone... Nel complesso un bel appartamento, luminosità e spazioso a 5 minuti da San Marco e 20 minuti dalla stazione dei treni.

Very good location, walking distance from rialto bridge ,apartment was very clean perfect for 5 people The only thing super un professional was they dont pickup the phone, i had to get in touch through expedia Even it took expedia 2 to 3 days to get in touch.

Sehr günstige Lage mitten in San Marco, aber: Zunächst wurde versucht, uns eine andere - minderwertigere - Wohnung als die vereinbarte zu vermieten. Erst nach deutlichen Protesten gab es dann doch die ursprüngliche. Doch auch diese war verschmutzt, Teile der Einrichtung defekt, z. B. die Schlaf-Couch im Wohnzimmer, deren Sitzteil permanent leicht hochgeklappt war und so eine schiefe Ebene bildete. Bei Tiefsttemperaturen um 12 Grad funktionierte die Heizung nicht. In der Küche fehlten Tücher zum Abtrocknen etc etc.. . Ausserdem gab es im Haus erheblichen Baulärm teilweise von 8.00 bis nach 18.00 Uhr.. Trotz mehrerer Beschwerden per Tel. u. Email wurde keine Abhilfe geschaffen. Insgesamt bei dem Mietpreis völlig unakzeptabel.

After 2 weeks in Italy, this was by far our biggest place. A full 2 bedroom/2bath with full size kitchen. Great location, albeit a touristy area.

Great two night stay!

This was a clean, spacious apartment in a convenient part of Venice - between Rialto and St. Mark's. It was a busy touristy area by day, but quiet at night. Kitchen was clean and easy to use.

Apartamento nuevo y céntrico

Fuimos con la familia y salimos contentos del apartamento. Nos atendió Marco que estuvo atento en todo momento y se agradece. El apartamento era nuevo y estaba en buena ubicación entre Rialto y San Marcos. Si volvemos repetiríamos en el mismo.

greatly located and modern renovated apartment

it is beautiful, great location. it is pricey but worth the money. they picked us up from the water taxi and helped us with the baggage (like 4 blocks away). everything was perfect. only thing i missed was the elevator, but just for bringing in/out baggage....
