Girls trip

Stairs covered with carpet runner which is not secured… dangerous and trip hazard. All outlets in bathroom covered with tape. Traveling group - 5 women. No where to fix hair in front of a mirror. Tub with shower access… was a garden tub with a shower nozzle, so not really a shower. Everything reported to person who checked us in.

Italy 2024

Great location in central Venice that provides easy access to the city. Property is very spacious and the roof talk deck was a treat to relax on at night. Be warned, the apartment is on the top floor so there are a few flights of stairs to go up. Worth the effort!

Beautiful apartment

The apartment was lovely- lots of character with overhead beams, tiles, a rooftop patio and great view of the city of Venice. Location was extremely convenient for us, we could walk everywhere, not overrun with tourists yet could easily walk to more popular destinations or the grand canal. Air conditioning was a pleasure as the days were hot during our visit. Thank you for sharing your lovely apartment with us!

Great location!

We loved the location. Bepi was very helpful when we arrived late in the evening. Close to restaurants and coffee in the morning which made things very easy. Beds are a bit hard for my taste and would be nice to have 2 pillows per person… the twin bed mattresses upstairs are the softest. The apartment has a lot of character. Over all a 4 out of 5 stay. Better mattress would have made it 5 out of 5.

Nice apartment in a great location

The apartment is in a great location just off the one of the main roads in Venice coming from the train station. It was easy to find, clean, and had good amount of space. The manager was responsive and was helpful in answering any questions I had. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place

Overall we had a nice stay here. So here are the pros: good location... just a short walk from ca d'oro vaporetto line, place was immaculate, property manager very responsive, nice Living room with tv. Here are the cons: up three flights of stairs with luggage was difficult and hallways are dark, only one tub with a handheld nozzle to bathe (didn't realize this when booking), was told we could not use a/c and my son got sick and spiked a fever and he was very warm and uncomfortable. Also the unit had a washing machine that we were told we could not use.I swear the unit had this listed as a feature when I initially booked...and we had some laundry to do that we were counting on getting done and bed in master bedroom was very lumpy and uncomfortable. However, the good location, ease of checking in and super clean accommodations outweighed some of the negatives.

Venice apartment

The apartment was wonderful, spacious, clean, comfortable, easy to access tourist interests, find food, etc. Check-in was a series of three different individuals communicating with us. This was somewhat confusing on who to contact about what...for example has a question about washer, and took me contacting all three contacts to get a suggestion. But that's minor. Apartment could use a little maintenance...1) dish washer door spring seemed broken, since heavy door nearly falls open without restraint; 2) wash machine worked fine, but door latch seemed stuck or mis-aligned.

Right at home

Apartment was perfect for a short person upstairs and regular height people on the main level. Lovely terrace, large and modern kitchen, and big main bathroom. Location is quiet even though in the middle of everything.

Charming, quirky, great roof deck

The apartment was great! It was not in the really packed tourist area surrounding San Marco but very walkable to everything. There is an amazing rooftop deck that overlooks the red roofs of the neighborhood (do be careful about the iron railing up there-it’s a little shaky). The AC works well. They also have a tiny washing machine for laundry but no dryer other than the heated rack in many European bathrooms. My son loved staying upstairs in the twin bed under the skylight. He would look at the stars as he fell asleep. There is also a super tiny half bath upstairs (not for the tall). The double room we stayed in downstairs was great. The other (which is in the picture that is featured with the apartment) smelled a little musty. Overall, wonderful place to stay that felt authentic.

Beautiful apartment

My family and I stayed two nights in this apartment. You can tell that it has a lot of history. It was absolutely beautiful. The property manager was patient with us as we were running a little behind schedule. He met us at the point where we got off of the water bus and led us to the apartment. When we arrived at the apartment the property manager showed us around, explained the house rules and how to use the AC. Later, I had an issue turning on the AC in one of the bedrooms and he walked me through it via text. The main issue I had was that the two king beds were extremely uncomfortable. They were very hard and you can feel the springs in it. The two twin beds upstairs were much more comfortable. They felt more memory foam. Also, I could have used a couple more pillows on each bed. We looked but couldn’t find any. I believe the light on the terrace was either out or we couldn’t find the light switch. I assume it was one of the switches right by the door to the terrace, but none of them turned the terrace light on. Overall it was a nice stay.

Fabulous location

If you are looking for a traditional Venetian apartment, this is the one. Very spacious and all amenities provided with the added benefit of a rooftop seating area. Would definitely come back to this apartment

Quiet apartment in a central location

The patio is a gem. I'm also surprised how quiet it is during the day, even though both ends of the alley are buzzing streets filled with restaurants. The ACs compressors are outside, they are quiet and cool down effectively in 80+ degree days in late June.

Good location with lots of space; communication could have been better

The flat had great AC (which was good because it was very warm on the top floor walk-up) and we had plenty of room with our family of 5. The internet worked well and everything was clean. I did not notice that there was no shower (only a shower handle in the only tub) in the listing and we were not told about the Venice daily fee or the cost of a late check-in until after booking which is unfortunate. I also was not able to get a response from the host about a left behind item or where to leave the keys at check-out. I think the owner takes good care of the property but I think the property management team should have done a better job with communication. We had a good stay and hopefully they will update their post about the additional charges with the stay.

Vienna deluxe.

Great apartment in Venice. Super central location. Well equipped with two very large bedrooms and more sleeping upstairs, near the fabulous, rooftop balcony. Highly recommend.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Liegt ruhig in einer Gasse und ist sehr sauber. Es ist aber wie in allen Ferienwohnungen, die Ausstattung mit Arbeitsmaterialien in der Küche ist unzureichend. Auch sind die Möbel auf der Terrasse defekt. Da müsste ab und an mal eine Qualitätskontrolle stattfinden. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber unbedingt zu empfehlen.
