furniture is a bit old but acceptable, have welcome snack and drinks nice breakfast the view is quite nice, can overlook one of the canels in Venice Reasonable price for an overnight experience in Venice Recommended! Great breakfast included with our suite. Beautiful room on the canal. Weather was cold so windows stayed closed for the most part, but would be great spot to have open and enjoy the sounds of the city during warmer weather. Heat worked great and staff was wonderful. Very convenient location to all things Venice. Everything walkable (a little distance to walk from train station, but we did with no problem). Could take water taxi just a few steps away from hotel if desired.

Todo el personal fue muy amable, nos ayudaron con las maletas, nos dieron indicaciones y fueron flexibles con el horario de check-in y check-out. Las chicas del desayuno también fueron siempre muy amables y atentas. La habitación y el baño estaban bien, la cama era cómoda y había suficiente espacio para poner las maletas. Nos dieron unos panetones y cava de bienvenida, fue un detalle muy bonito. La única pega es que la calefacción de aire hacia ruido, un día se estropeó y era tan fuerte que nos puso enfermas de la garganta. Creo que deberían cambiar el sistema de calefacción pero todo lo demás un 10!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The property was very quiet, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with a 24/7 front desk always available. Breakfast was amazing, with great quality and variety. The hotel itself is very comfortable and well equipped, with all amenities provided. The location is excellent — we could easily walk to the city center and shopping areas, and most nearby attractions required no transportation at all. The train station is very close, and the airport bus stop is only about a 10-minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I travel to Venice again, I will definitely stay here.

The room was spacious and clean and very indicative of Venice architecture in the surrounding neighbourhood. We were able to get a room for two with an add-on room for additional guest travelling with us. Some other rooms seemed quite unique as they opened up straight into the lobby sitting area where we have breakfast so little strange but it is Venice. If you get a chance to go here to a great location staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Management and staff refused to accept responsibility for their negligence which led to a piece of jewelry falling into a hole in the floor of our room. Staff insisted we must arrange and pay to have the jewelry shipped to us. We suggested a simple solution which management accepted. After five weeks we have not received the jewelry even though management stated it would be mailed to us. Management no longer responds to our emails. We will never stay at this hotel again and recommend that others find another hotel in Venice.

La chambre était très convenable (propre, bouteilles d’eau et café offerts). Le personnel était très accueillant et indiqué des adresses et lieux moins touristiques. L’hôtel est très bien placé. Seuls bémols : un problème de canalisation a causé une mauvaise odeur et la chambre n’est pas insonorisée du tout. Le petit déjeuné était très bien.

Very convenient location. We liked that it was close enough to Piazza San Marco but not next to the noisiest and busiest parts. We never figured out how to set the AC, it seemed like it was not able to cool down the room.
