  • The apartment is perfect for groups and families as it can comfortably accommodate 5 people! It consists of 2 large bedrooms (double or twin beds) and a single with a small study. The living room with kitchenette is equipped with every comfort: fridge, freezer, 4 burner stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, mocha, American coffee machine, immersion blender, satellite TV, table for 6 people and a large sofa, which can be read if necessary!
    Upon request we have a crib / cot and high chair!
    The apartment has a nice bathroom with tub and hairdryer.
    It also has a small covered terrace, overlooking a typical private courtyard,
    Wi-fi, air conditioning and iron / ironing board.

Wonderful Experience!

The apartment is beautiful, renovated, and clean. The location is excellent! Nicoletta was absolutely wonderful, from her prompt communication to all the wonderful information she gave to us upon arrival. I highly recommend this place for a vacation and I will absolutely be back here next time we are in Venice. I can’t say enough good things!

Great apartment in Venice!

We really enjoyed this property. The location was excellent and really spacious for our family of 5. The kids felt like they had a bit of their own space. We were super close to St. Mark's Square and excellent restaurants and cafes. It was so nice to have access to a kitchen. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely young man who gave us a tour of the property. He was friendly and gave us some tips on local restaurants and where to catch a gondola ride. The property was clean. When we checked in we were told there was an issue with the toilet and the next morning someone came to fix it, when we were out. It was great to have the issue remedied without any impact on the comfort of our stay. One tip: the bathtub is slightly raised so just watch your step getting out of the shower! Not an issue at all, just something to note. Thanks for the stay, we loved the area and apartment and would stay here again and recommend to others.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Appartement bien situé propre et spacieux

Nicoletta nous a très bien reçus à l arrivée et a été très disponible. L appartement est très bien situé près de la place St Marc, près des commerces et d une charmante place. Il est très propre spacieux et confortable pour 5 personnes. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Comfortable, Modern Apartment, Great Location

This apartment is in a great location, easy walking distance from Basilica San Marcos, with nearby grocery stores, bakeries, shopping, and vaporetto stops. It is modern, clean, and well equipped. We had 5 adult/teenager family members in our party so the 3 bedrooms worked out very well, as did the living room/kitchen area. Nicoletta made check in and check out smooth and easy. Highly recommended - we would definitely return.

Grand appartement, très propre, très grand (idéal pour une famille avec 3 enfants) et très bien situé, entre la Place St Marc, le Rialto et le quartier du Castello, à proximité de la station de Vaporetto San Zaccharia. Appartement idéal à recommander sans réserve.

Pour visiter Venise avec nos 4 enfants pendant une semaine, c'était vraiment l'appartement idéal. Accueil très chaleureux de Nicoletta, calme absolu (on n'entend rien), à moins de 10 mn du Rialto, de la place St Marc et de l'Arsenal (quand on connaît son chemin !) Ouvert sur une ruelle qui donne au sud sur les quartiers touristiques, et au nord sur la Venise déserte et secrète. À 2 mn d'une supérette ouverte jusqu'à 22 h. Décoration sobre, cuisine un peu sombre mais très fonctionnelle, refait neuf, très propre et sain, et même un petit balcon !.

Excellent accueil, appartement superbe

Nous avions réservé cet appartement pour 5 (2 adultes et 3 grands enfants). Tout est conforme à l'annonce. 'accueil à la station San Zaccaria est vraiment génial. Merci pour cette accueil à Luca. Luca nous a très bien conseillé sur les choses à faire, resto... L'appartement est vraiement très très bien situé de toutes les choses à voir à Venise. Nous n'avons pris le vaporetto que pour aller sur Torcello, Burano et Murano. Le reste se fait sans aucun problème à pied. Merci à Niciletta pour les conseilles très précieux sur les lignes de vaporetto à prendre de l'aéroport.

Très bonne situation et grand espace

Nous étions 5: 3 adultes et 2 enfants. Très à l'aise dans ce grand appartement (refait récemment)avec 5 véritables couchages (2 chambres 2personnes et un coin particulier avec 1 lit 1 personne). Cuisine bien aménagée avec le nécessaire. Très bien situé pour atteindre la plupart des sites principaux à pied (nous n'avons pris le vapporetto qu'une seule fois en 5 jours)ce qui nous a permis de profiter au maximum de cette ville magique. Le tout avec le sourire de Nicoletta qui nous a chaleureusement accueillis.

Très bon accueil de Francesco avec d'excellents conseils Très bon Resto a 2 pas de l'appart ainsi que le glacier "verde ...." Beau et grand appartement, spacieux climatisé, tres propre avec tout le nécessaire Juste le salon un peu sombre mais pas très gênant car on était toujours en balade et pas de toilette indépendant Parfait pour 5 personnes Bien localisé à 10mn de la place st Marc

Très bel appartement, très bien situé

Excellente organisation de Nicoletta. L'appartement est situé de telle façon que la plupart du temps nous pouvons nous passer de vaporetto. Il est près du centre, tout en étant loin de la foule. Confortable et pratique. Nous étions avec nos 3 enfants et il y avait assez de place pour tout le monde. J'utilise régulièrement Abritel et c'est un des endroits que j'ai préféré. Antonio

Appartement spacieux et très propre, idéalement situé au coeur du quartier San Marco. Commodités et vaporettos à proximité. Le calme est apprécié après l'effervescence vénitienne. Grand appartement spacieux, avec 2 belles chambres plus une plus petite ouverte sur le couloir. Salle de bain grande et très jolie. Appartement au deuxième étage dans une ruelle au calme. A proximité de saint Marc, Rialto. Accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée. Une bonne adresse.

Dès l'arrivée sur les quais de la Place San Marco en vaporetto, Nicoletta, la propriétaire, nous attendait pour nous accompagner à l'appartement. A cinq minute de la fameuse place, dans un quartier très chaleureux de la place Formoza, cet appartement rénové est propre, clair. Aucun bruit de voisinage. Nous étions deux seniors, deux adultes et une enfant de 7 ans. Deux grandes chambres et une petite chambre ouverte pour notre fille. La cuisine fut souvent sollicitée. Nous faisions les courses à deux pas de chez nous ou au marché du Rialto. Pour le départ pour l'aéroport, nous avons pris le vaporetto à l'Ospedale, à dix minutes de chez nous. Adresse à conseiller. Excellent choix pour visiter Venise en famille

Review also in english at the end Nous avons passé 1 semaine complète dans cette appartement en famille (2 adultes + 3 enfants) et nous le conseillerons à nos amis sans hésiter ! L'accueil par Nicoletta a été très sympathique et l'appartement correspond parfaitement à la description de cette annonce / aux photos. Il est à 30 s du Campo S.M. Formosa et à 5 min (vraiment) de la place San Marco, le chemin passant par le pont des soupirs. L'appartement est grand, très fonctionnel, dispose du WiFi. Enfin l'appartement est très calme, en excellent état, ce qui permet de bien se reposer des heures de marche au travers de la Sérénissime. We rent this appartment for a whole week, for 2 adults and 3 children and we will surely recommend it to our friends. Nicoletta welcomed us at San Marco's embarcadero, and the flat matched 100% with the description and the photos. It is situated at 30s from Campo S.M. Formosa and 5 min (really) from SanMarco, via "el Ponte dei sospiri". The appartement is quite large, very functionnal, has internet access. Finally it is very quiet, very clean, that allows to rest after walking hours all around the city.
