The apartment is located in Calle Frezzeria, one of the most elegant and central streets in the city. Less than a minute from Piazza San Marco, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the city on foot. Despite its central location, the accommodation overlooks a side street, ensuring silence and tranquility even during the busiest hours.

• Supermarkets, pharmacies and vaporetto stop
House rules:
Guests are asked to behave in an environmentally friendly manner.
For safety reasons, we ask you to close all windows before leaving the house, and not to leave the front door open.
Smoking in the house is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are asked to leave the apartment tidy and without damage.
Check in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Check out time is by 10:00 AM
In case of no notice, after 6:00 PM the reservation will be considered NO SHOW, in case of a delay previously notified, late check in will be evaluated based on our availability.
During check-in guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax, equal to € 4.00 per person per night.
A regular receipt will be issued.
The possibility of late check-in will be evaluated based on requests, if positive from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM guests will be asked for the sum of € 30.00 after 10:00 PM € 50.00 will be requested
