Perfect location

This large apartment is ideally located only two minutes away from place San Marco. The owner is is always available and gives plenty of explanation. This apartment is also very well stocked with things to eat and drink. I would say that check in would be improved if someone was present. Our was completely virtual.

SIX STAR APARTMENT !!!

My family and I spent an extremely pleasant vacation in this six star apartment. Gentle service, wonderful apartment and awesome location. We were met at the vaporetto by a very kind young lady who showed us how to get to the building and explained us some important stuff. When we arrived, we found ourselves in a fully-equipped appartment with modern appliances. They had even bought some food for us to eat and gave us a panettone for christmas. All our problems and doubts were inmediately solves by Fabio, Monica and their staff. We will definetly recommend this appartment.

Best Vacation Rental Ever!!

A friend and I stayed at the Splendid Star San Marco Square during the second week of Carnival. We chose the place based on the reviews, the pictures and the location. Our stay exceeded our expectations. Not only is the apartment beautiful and close to St. Marco, but the extras are exceptional. Tuk met us at the apartment and showed us around. The extras, toast, bread, crackers, jam, honey, milk, juice, water and best of all, Bellinis, were a great surprise. The apartment is very modern with the classic touches, open beam ceilings, morano glass chandeliers, balconies off the bedroom. We even received a cleaning in the middle of the week. And, it is really close to St. Marco. (Make sure not to just ask where the Gucci is, because there are two Gucci stores, we learned the hard way. The apartment is straight under the clock tower.) It was perfect. My next stay in Venice will be arranged around the availability of this apartment!

San Marco Square Apt AMAZING

The apartment was so easy to find with the detailed instructions from the Manager. The place as clean and just as described. Stairs are not for the weak of heart or LARGE suitcases, but we planned well for our time in Italy! We loved the local cafes in the morning and awesome selection of restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner. This location is awesome to see most of Venice and we will definitely come back and stay here again!! The snacks and coffee were a lovely treat to start out our stay as well. Thank you so much for your hospitality!! Enjoy the rest of your summer.

Perfect location, perfect vacation

This property is wonderful. Spacious, sleeping for 5, washer/dryer, drinks in fridge, the host thought of everything. The location is right next to San Marcos square and in easy walking distance to everything. We were so pleasantly surprised and loved our stay.

A Venetian delight!

This apartment that is just a minute’s walk from Piazza San Marco was a great home away from home for our four nights in La Serenissima. Be aware there are three long flights of stairs to go up and down, but we went out in the mornings and most times didn’t return until end of day, so that was not really an issue for us. Management was communicative and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location for San Marco and Rialto

Pack light…dragging luggage in this city is not easy nor getting it up these 3 flights of narrow stairs to the apartment. Great apartment. Great location.

The apartment is good, with a great location near Plaza St. Marcos. It was clean and well-equipped, and the owner kindly provided some food and sodas, which we appreciated. We also enjoyed good Wi-Fi and a nice TV. The only downside is that the apartment is on the third floor, which means there are a lot of stairs to climb, and there is no elevator."

We absolutely loved our stay! Monica and Fabio were helpful kind and responsive. The room was everything we needed as a family of 5. Of all the places we stayed in Italy this was best value for money. The washer and dryer were a godsend, the fridge had a few much appreciated drinks and there was even a simple breakfast offered. They were also able to hold our bags after we checked out. We couldn’t have been more pleased and would recommend them to anyone thinking of staying in Venice.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It felt secure. They were very accommodating and left us several snacks and the air conditioning works well. Many shops and restaurants just outside the door. Very centrally located.
