不满意：员工和服务、住宿条件和设施、客房舒适度
Cheating in Venice
+ Large apartment
+ New toilet, but the water pressure of the shower is not sufficient.
+ Nice and helpful neighbor
+ Large kitchen
。Looks like historical apartment , not as new as photos
- Feel cheated, there is discrepancy between the booking description and the facility. We have elderly, baby, and heavy luggages, thus we target to book an apartment with elevator but there is NO elevator in fact.
- Both of the double bed and the sofa bed are not supportive, it just like a "Swamp" when you laid down.
- Generally looks clean , but it's Not. It's not worth to pay the high cleaning fee.
- According to the booking description, we need to pay Eur30/person for the cleaning fee and the host also clarified that baby would not be counted in calculating cleaning fee (Supposed to pay Eur90 for 3adults) . But when we asked them again, they said that the cleaning fee is a fixed price of Eur120 each time, which means that it counts 4 persons finally. Feel cheated again!
- The host required to sort the garbage, but there are no trash bag has been provided.
- surprised that the host don't know the correct collection point of the garbages. Finally, we ask the neighbor.
- the kitchen is not well ventilated.
