威尼斯的飯店普遍偏舊，這間飯店的內裝新潮，適合需要住宿品質的人，但浴室是透明玻璃門，所以介意的人可能要選擇其他飯店

Wonderful experience in Venice
It’s wonderful experience to stay in this hotel. Although it’s quite expensive, staff is very nice. When we checked in, Enrica gave us detailed introduction of the sightseeing spots. Room was spacious with various facilities such as global phone, wireless kettle etc. Breakfast was delicious with various types of food provided. The location of the hotel is really convenient which is near the railway station and the pier to Piazza San Marco.

酒店服務貼心，有一部可上網電話供遊覽時用， 最有用是有搭船時間，號碼及方向資料。check in時，前台服務員主動提供地圖及介紹景點， 非常讚！酒店餐廳食物也很好吃，不貴。 酒店非常近火車站，很方便。整體非常滿意。

近火車站，酒店不是在大街，在橫巷裡較寧靜，但沒有什麼景觀，check in 很快，酒店職員很有禮貌及詳儘解釋週邊景點，房間很乾凈及舒適，mini bar飲料免費。下次有機會再到威尼斯，會再入住。

地點方便，外觀不起眼但內裡精緻的酒店
地點距離火車站幾分鐘步程，方便，所在地點像一條小巷，不過平常人流也不少，感覺還安全。 酒店替我升級房間了，房間內環境舒適，乾淨整潔。沒甚麼其他設施，不過作為一間住宿型酒店，是舒適的。 員工態度親切。 房間內提供智能手機供住客在住宿期間使用，可無限上網+打電話，感覺細心。

For the price that we paid, we expected more from this hotel. The room was smaller than expected. There was no luggage rack for us to place our luggages. The toilet also did not provide standard amenities like shower cap, vanity kit etc, which was disappointing. However the overall design of the hotel and the room is very elegant and nice. It also felt clean. The buffet breakfast was ok and there was good coffee. Also, very conveniently located near to the main train station hence easily accessible.

Clean and modern hotel in a very convenient location, just a few minutes from the train station, making it easy to roll your luggage to the door. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was great! The view from the room balcony was so-so, but nice to have a balcony to be able to walk out onto.

The train stop is just a short walk from this hotel. For two individuals, the room is a good size. The only bad thing is that the bathroom has a lot of small flies and the room smells bad every time you come in from outside. Due, I believe, to the location of the canal. Breakfast was good, and there were enough options. You shouldn't be concerned about pickpockets because the location is secure.

We had a wonderful view from our rooftop balcony. The room was large and so was the bathroom. Michael was so nice and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast there, try the pudding cake!

The property is very close to the train station, a major grande canal bridge and access to water transportation. It’s also in a quiet area for sound sleeping. The staff is EXCELLENT! They will help you with sites & transportation. The included breakfast is nice. Would highly recommend.

A short walk from the train station and also very close to the "water bus" it is convenient. Located down an ally it is also quiet. Only downside was the bathroom and shower facilities are tiny. You will find it difficult to get charged in there and two people can not pass each other. Breakfast was included and delicious and staff were very nice and helpful
