Helpful staff, good location and a nice breakfast was included. The room was extremely clean. Our only complaint was our room was located above a restaurant and it was a bit noisy while we were trying to go to sleep.

The property was lovely. The room was elegant and very comfortable. There was a great vibe throughout the hotel. The breakfast provided was indeed more than enough with many tasty choices. The location of the hotel was walkable to the fine restaurants and vendors. The staff was very polite and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

9/28/26 Update ... still a great place for location, value, hospitality and staff. Fourth time here, I'll be back! Breakfast was outstanding, as always. Still the best location away from tourists but lively due to University. Vaparetto 3 minutes away, lines 1 and 2!

Gaste service. Everyone was professional and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable for 3 people. Hotel is located in a nice, short walking distance to St Marks and Rialto bridge. Only complaint I have is the shower. It is approx 27"x27" (68 cm x 68 cm). Too small and uncomfortable

This is a lovely property in a nice, easy-to-get-to location in Venice. Rooms were nice, great breakfast served every morning. Very helpful staff. Easy walk from the water taxi, and lots of great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very central and had a great morning breakfast option. Also aircon was great during a heatwave. The furnishings and bathroom were a bit dated but okay for a few nights. Just to note, there is no elevator so you’ll have to take your luggage up the stairs.

Our room did not have a shower and toilet, but a shared one was on another floor. I didn’t use it anyways. Privacy was great and hotel was gated and had locks. There was staff on lobby until 8 pm and breakfast was good. Sheets were clean and we had a small balcony which was nice. Location was good and accessible and many restaurants around. For the price in venice it was great overall.

This is such a cute and convenient place to stay on Venice and very affordable. It only took 10-15 minutes to walk from/to public transportation options at Piazzale Roma. The hotel was approximately 15 minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge or the Guggenheim, and approximately 25 minutes walk to Saint Mark's Basilica. I had a single room with a shared bathroom--the AC worked great in the room and it was well set up for such a small space. It was great to have a sink in the room, and the bathroom was close by and very clean. The cute courtyard was a highlight along with the delicious breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are dining options immediately next door. This place really exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here the next time I visit.
