不滿：整潔度、登記入住、聯絡溝通和房源資料準確度
Canceled on us less than 24 hours before arrival. Coming from overseas this was a huge gut punch not knowing where we’d sleep upon arriving to Venice. We received a message saying it was cancelled. When we inquired with the host we were told it was double booked and since the other people booked first ours got cancelled. I asked why we weren’t told until the day before and was told that when they’re sending info to guests that’s when they realized. This didn’t seem like a valid point. Was going to call Vrbo for help but we were international and those calls are expensive. Very disappointed.
