「Room is clean, staff are friendly, breakfast is excellent. Please note that the hotel is in Lido and takes a bit of time by water boat to reach Venice. Yet there's a beautiful beach nearby and the neighborhood is safe and less hectic.」

「Great location. 3 minutes walk from water bus station; one supermarket and one cosmetic shop nearby in the alley; two minutes walk from main street; lots of restaurants to choose. Fair price to stay in such a great place.」

「A clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, located on a quiet island close to Venice. A great place to relax while still being convenient for exploring Venice. Highly recommend!」

「We arrived at 12 ,kindly ask for luggage storage only ,but the lady on the counter says let me see what can I do for you ,then we are checking in to our comfortable room ,with bottle of champagne welcome us!we love the location,we love the atmosphere and everything about this hotel.we have very bad experience with the previous hotel in Mestre. I will tell all my friends to stay in this lovely hotel if they can to Venice.」

「Clean and great service 」

「Well located on the lido, very convenient for the local restaurants, bars and the beach. Basic but comfortable rooms and breakfast was adequate....good coffee !」

「Loved the quiet clean room with great bed. Shame the coffee machines were always not working properly whilst we were there.」

「This place was very homey, very cozy, very friendly, and very quiet. Slept like a brick when I was able. It is an older building in need of some thorough cleaning and maintenance. Note: Elderly/mobility might have an issue here as there’s no lift and it is a 5-min walk from the nearest bus stops. It is a lovely place to stay just do not expect luxury. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We received great recommendations and assistance with wherever we were wanting to do. Venice and...

「Stylish and elegant rooms. Kind and helpful staff. A little ways out of Venice and in a quiet neighbourhood.」
