“Lovely big house with nice garden. We have had hot weather so the bifold doors were great to have open and often got a good breeze through the open plan area. Beds were comfortable, rooms were nice. Very well equipped - ice cube maker was fabulous this week! Really nice big dining table to all eat round together. We’ve made great memories together on the island enjoying beaches and garlic farm etc. thanks! There were quite a lot of pet hairs (we don’t have any pets) and cobwebs. Fridge……

“Plenty of space. Clean, comfortable and modern. Lovely, dog friendly, secure garden, even for little dogs. Great sea view and coastal location. Lots of little extras. Friendly helpful service.”

“It was clean and fully equipped for family self-service stay. Thank you. It would be nice to have an ensuite master bedroom (perhaps not applicable to this property now, but I will look out for one next time). Also, we would have preferred a lock on the master bedroom door. Otherwise, spot on!”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this gorgeous house. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and felt bright, airy, and incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. The house had every modern convenience you could need, making our stay comfortable and completely stress-free. One of the highlights was sitting on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful sea view – the perfect place to relax with a morning coffeeunwind in the evening. The attention to detail throughout the……

“The property is amazing thank you, perfect for our holiday, everything we needed. Great facilities and beautiful decor.”

“Very clean, great location, well-set up, ideal for two people exploring the sea front and wandering along the beaches. Recommended.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cottage and would definitely book again! From the moment we arrived, it felt so homely, cosy and welcoming. The decor was lovely, the beds were really comfortable and the cottage had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, with all the utensils and equipment you could possibly need. The bathroom was lovely and clean, with a lovely shower over the bath . The TV had a huge choice of streaming services to log……

“The 3 storey town house enjoyed a superb location 100 yards from Sandown beach . Off road parking to rear , additional space on the development . The layout of the property provided several balconies to sit out and enjoy views over the sea . Great kitchen for cooking , TVs in most rooms , several flights of stairs so not suitable for those who would struggle . We slept with the sounds of waves breaking on the beach at night which was amazing . Some feed back about the town house complained……

“extremely helpful and friendly staff. Lovely well laid out property with everything you need in great location. nice enclosed outdoor space which is a bit of a sun trap. plenty of nearby pubs and restaurants, and a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach. I'm afraid that feel that the check in system is a big let down and very much based on squeezing as much money as possible in a rather cynical manner from early check in costs. we all know that the entry time has crept up over the years to 4 o'clock……

“The cottage was equipped with everything we needed… and more!Comfortable furniture and comfortable beds. The location is great - within easy walking distance of many amenities and yet in a lovely quiet setting… even the ringing of the nearby church bellls was lovely to listen to.We loved the relaxng enclosed garden.Correspondence with the host was easy and prompt. The only thing that was a bit confusing was the ‘booking in’ process… although having done that for the first time, I’m sure it will be……

“Nice kitchen with all the appliances, cutlery and cookery you'd need. House itself is in a great location, it felt bright and clean. Lovely main room with ensuite. Beds were comfortable. IHC replied to all our queries really quickly, fantastic service. More toilet rolls!”

“The house was lovely, spacious and airy and catered for our needs. The provision of fans was much appreciated in the current soaring temperatures! Our only slight niggle was that the garden didn’t reflect the photos as advertised, there was no BBQ and it wasn’t conducive to alfresco dining. If this could be attended to, it would be perfect. Thank you ”
