Clean room, friendly staff, quick check in, excellent breakfast, perfect location, the only down point was the bathroom sink, it should be upgraded cos it's very uncomfortable.

Good central location. Room was clean on arrival but a bit cramped. Wardrobe door would not stay closed. First time I had a shower, I got soaked as the shower head was not screwed on properly. Room not made up in the three days we stayed. A bit more attention to detail would turn it from ok to good.

Family wedding stay

Very welcoming. Nice and clean. Could do with a bit of bathroom refurbishment. But not always easy to do this in business. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely host. Breakfast two doors down. Just would be nice to know they charge for a second cup of coffee before they offered and brought it. If breakfast is included should make clear any extras.

The room was not very clean with the toilet not flushed and a little gift left inside. Lots of hair on the floor and in the bed. Refused to give a receipt. Breakfast next door was great. Great location. Beds uncomfy. Very noisy near the road. Shower was not good if you have a big belly - it would stick out the door. .

Worst experience

Worst experience I have ever had, We got the room on the top floor which was very compact and had low height. It was like living in a matchbox, moving out of the bed or going to the toilet was difficult. The hotel staff was not friendly at all, we got takeaway from outside and inquired if we could eat in the dining area and asked for cutlery but the staff refused to either give us cutlery or use the tables. Worst experience will not stay even for free.

Great place to stay

Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. Small, comfortable, clean and friendly. Can't fault anything and the breakfast is excellent. I doubt you could find better value anywhere else

Worst Room

Hi, We have clearly mentioned that a baby(2 years 2 months ) will be staying with us, but when we arrived to hotel they refused for a baby saying that this is against there policy and later agreed to stay. We are given Room no.5 on top floor and attic is touching our heads, worst rooms I ever saw. Breakfast is not provided and they told there will be extra charge for breakfast. This was the worst experience in our life. Kindly take necessary action against concerned person.
