“Can't say enough good things about this special hotel. The lobby, courtyard and our room were all interesting and beautiful. The staff was kind and attentive. The location is perfect for walking to the many fun thrift stores, amazing restaurants and coffee shops and fun evening vibes of live music on the streets of Ventura.”

“Waypoint Ventura is a treat, to say the least. All the vintage trailers are beautifully appointed and restored. Plus, the whole vibe in the place is just fantastic. Easy walkability to great restaurants and breweries. Looking forward to my next stay and trying a different travel trailer next time.”

“Really nice motel. It was well appointed, the bathroom was very nice with a walkin shower, the bed was comfortable, and the property was quiet. Staff are super nice. Would highly recommend this place. Down the street from a few good food spots and a comfortable walk to the beach.”

“Location and helpful staff”

“Really loved the location of the pierpont inn!! Clean rooms! coffee was provided and microwave in the room. Loved the breakfast! The concerns I have are: The restaurant renovations need to be sped up! I really would have loved to have dinner there! Also, as we walked to the building where the breakfast was located, there was debris all along the way... plants laying all over the walkways :( I do hope this review helps them decide that image and amenities play a role in future guests deciding……

“ Very dirty floor and dirty bedding”

“The hotel overall was rushed when building was in progress. The contractors did not pay attention to the simple things. The A/C unit in our room was leaking and wet the floor significantly. The bathroom door would not close due to the door being extremely tilted . Different beds in different rooms. The first room had a good bed, then we switched rooms due to the issues I just listed. And the second bed was horrible. You could feel the springs popping up and down. Overall it felt extremely cheap.……
