"Another great stay at this lovely apartment Really hot in September and cooler towards November obviously so able to start with the beach and end with the sightseeing and culture of the surrounding areas Apartment is very well equipped with very good Wi-Fi and kitchenware Isabelle is very easy to contact via WhatsApp and very quick to respond The complex is a mix of residential second homes and letting mainly Spanish and tranquil There is a great bar at the end of the road Leon cyber cafe with a very good Indian restaurant opposite and a Merca china bazaar next doorWe really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to Vera in the near future"

"Very good agent , apartment clean , parking space , wifi good the block is a little dated . But it’s very close to the beach ,supermarket & bars . 3 bedroom 2 bath , washing machine , dishwasher ( I never used as only there for 5 nights ) overall very happy "

"Our first stay in Lisa’s super apartment and definitely not our last (we booked again before leaving!) the apartment is spotlessly clean, with literally everything you could want & need. Lovely comfy bed, good quality linens & towels.The sunny garden is perfect, sun from 11.30-7.5-10min walk to sea, lots of restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk. To top it all off, Lisa is just lovely, a super welcome on arrival, she came to see us off and was just a message away with any help or advice (especially when we needed a car garage!.. thank you!) without a doubt one of the best apartments and owners. See you next year! "

"The apartment is in a great location with a gate that leads directly onto the beach at Vera Playa. It is very close to restaurants and supermarket and provides a great location to explore other places such as Mojacar, Villaricos and San Juan. The complex is well laid out and relatively well maintained. The real highlight of this apartment is the roof terrace, which is large and fully furnished. It provides acccess to the sun throughout the full day. The apartment itself was suitable for 2-3 people although it has 7 beds but only one bathroom. Well furnished throughout but the bathroom is a little tired. Great apartment and location is visiting Vera Playa. The staff at the IMO office were excellent and extremely helpful and I would use them again, as we have previously - in 2024 and 2025. The air conditioning was insufficient and made no real difference to the temperature inside the apartment. The ceiling fans do a decent job but in the height of summer the AC needs to be better. Also, 2 of the 3 swimming pools within the complex were closed for the 2 weeks we were there. One pool was being refurbished and the other appeared to be closed for no reason. Noise from the pool construction was a little irritating at times."
