This is beautiful modern south facing self catering 3 bed / 2 bathroom Detached Villa on a private gated resort with a large garden area, its own Heated Swimming Pool, Heated Jacuzzi , BBQ, its very own Pool Bar with wine cooler, covered Pergola shaded area, Al Fresco dining area, a rooftop Solarium with stunning views from the Pool Area and solarium. The pool and Jacuzzi area has a removable safety fence for parents with young children.
In the living room is a large 50' TV with a uk TV package including Movies, Sports, Spanish & European TV channels. FREE WiFi with fast internet which is also accessible in the gardens pool area and on the Solarium and dining area.
The Master Bedroom is en-suite with patio doors that lead straight out to the pool area for that late night or early morning swim, there is a king size bed with built in wardrobes with drawers and plenty of storage plus a 32" smart TV.
Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with twin beds again with built in wardrobes and views of the gardens from the front windows.
Bedroom 3 again has built in wardrobes, twin beds , it also has patio doors leading directly to the pool area.

A secure washing machine area.
From the living room you can walk directly through the patio doors to a covered patio are where there is also a dining area for 6 which is ideal for alfresco dining & also for a shaded area in which to relax.
The kitchen is fully fitted with Dishwasher, microwave. coffee maker, toaster, kettle cups, dishes, etc.
Our private pool and Jacuzzi can be heated during the cooler months for an additional fee.
Pool & Jacuzzi heat for one week is £195 / £36 per night (€230 per week / @42 per night)
Jacuzzi heat only is £110 per week, (€120 per week)
The villa has its own drive for parking your car securely and parking outside the front of the villa.
There is charcoal BBQ at our home which guests are welcome to use, but must clean it after use other wise you will be charged a €35 cleaning fee.
Please note that you will be met on arrival for the hand over of keys, but should you arrive outside of normal working hours there would be an additional €35 meet and greet fee.
The famous La Peperina restaurant and bar is approximately 75 meters from the villa ( The restaurant is closed until a new a new owner has been found).
This is a gated resort with 2 outdoor Pools, a Gym, Tennis courts, Children's play area, and beautiful gardens for walks. ****** Please note that because of Covid 19 the communal pool, gym and La Peperina restaurant are closed, as soon as they are open again this notice will be removed******
The Blue flag beaches of Vera are only a fifteen to twenty minute walk from our home

FAMILY DAY TRIPS!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!: O.K so its time for a day trip you have all spent enough time in the markets and sunning yourselves so where to go ?. The 1st place I recommend is Fort Bravo its about an hour away but very easy to find as its marked on nearly all maps and is quite famous as this has been the location for a lot of spaghetti westerns. Dress up for the day in old cowboy / girl outfits and have a blast get the photos taken and ride in the stage coaches or on horses.Watch the show that is acted out twice daily and have a great time especially exciting for the kids .
2nd place is Oasis theme park and Zoo , its just 10 minutes past Fort Bravo and has its own western town including boot hill there is also a show twice daily along with other attractions . When you finish there go to the zoo which is very extensive and covers a huge area.You should be able to find both on the internet to check out opening times and prices. If you have never been to these parks before i highly recommend you try one or the other.
3rd place which is only a five minute drive away would be the Aqua Park with all the water slides etc.

THE LOCAL AREA : There are to many towns and villages to mention all but the property itself is located between the small commercial town of Vera and the fishing village of Garrucha both of which are no more then 5 minutes away. Both towns offer the usual bars ,restaurants and shopping. One of the nicest places to visit for shopping or food is the town of Mojacar it is situated high up overlooking the entire area with a panoramic view of about 6 to 7 miles in all directions and a night-time visit is especially breathtaking. Other villages within 15 minutes drive include Bedar, Palomeras, Villicricos and Carboneras all of which have something to offer the curious tourist so take your pick.NOW WHAT ABOUT THE BEACH?? Well its quite simple you can either walk for 15 minutes or drive for 5 to get to it. When your on it you have about 6 to 7 kilometres to choose from ..Finally some areas are NATURIST areas i.e.FULLY NUDE I point this out for those of you who will be bringing children along

LA PAPERINA RESTAURANT: A beautiful restaurant and bar just 30 second walk from our property offers a mix of English and Spanish foods . Opening hours are approx 10 am to 12 pm all week long, Indoor and outdoor dining is catered for as you would expect when travelling to Spain ,Those dining outside can enjoy a beautiful backdrop of a swimming pool with small waterfall which is lit up at night time perfect for those romantic evening meals. The restaurant is closed in January and February which is normal in off peak seasons. There will also be live music on certain nights of the week during the summer period which will add to a great night out.
If the driver is not taking the night off there are numerous bars and restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive Chinese, Spanish, Italian, Indian, and English to name but a few.
