In the surroundings of the urbanization you will find a Water Park, Gym, Tennis and Paddle Courts, sailing school, diving center, motorized ultralight aero club, equestrian club, mini-car track, fishing club and fishing activities and scuba diving.

There are 5 golf courses within a 30 km radius. Numerous restaurants, ice cream parlors and beach bars. Protected wetlands for bird watching and coves with clean and crystal clear water ideal for snorkelling for fish and marine life observation.

Excellent communications, five minutes from the A-7 motorway that connects Vera with Almería, the rest of Andalusia, Murcia, Alicante and Madrid. Half an hour from Almería Airport and a few minutes from the Garrucha and Villaricos Sports Ports. Since 2007 there is a new highway that connects Vera with Cartagena and La Manga del Mar Menor.

Booking Conditions:
Pets on request and only in some apartments: cost € 8 / day / pet. Cots check availability: cost € 7 / day. Extra bed check availability: cost € 10 / day.
Check-in from 17:00. at 8:00 p.m. Possibility to enter from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. (Confirm previously).
Departure from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Departures after 11:30 a.m., Supplement € 30.
Arrivals from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. +30 €.
Arrivals from 24: 00h.-09: 00h. +50 €.
The apartment will be returned in a normal clean condition. If extra cleaning is necessary, € 50 will be discounted.
Maximum occupancy: (2/4 pax 1D, 4/6 pax 2D and 6/8 pax 3D)
A Deposit of € 200 is charged (it is returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked).
