The beds were comfortable. Front desk wasn’t staffed adequately. Long lines. Some staff seemed happy and interested in helping, most others were just there doing their job without a helpful attitude. There wasn’t any AC in the lobby so waiting in line to check in was miserable. This was also the breakfast area so it was uncomfortable while trying to have breakfast. Breakfast items were average.

Buena ubicación. El personal muy atento. La alberca bien y la playa que aunque no pertenece al hotel esta muy bien. Lo único que puedo decir es que falta un poco de más limpieza en el baño. El desayuno es justo loqnue se necesita y lo bueno que lo dejan tiempo suficiente.
