Convenient location, easy access to different shopping malls, dinning options and the beach. Buffet breakfast is served in the mornings, but after it you have to find where to eat or have deliver to the hotel. The hotel is being worked on, for example only one elevator was working during our stay. The staff is very friendly.

Good location and reasonable price

I stayed here couple of nights. Just the night before and after my flights from Mty to Ver. The first room we stayed was ok but smelled too much to fresh paint. The second time we were giving a room in floor 4, if I remember correctly. we could hear everything, I struggle to get some rest. The breakfast is good if you like mexican style meals.

The building is out of maintenance,they clean every other day an rooms beside are old with humidity are dirty, we have to wait for clean crew come into my room at 8 pm when its supposed we have to be resting in a clean room, swimming pool really dirty, jacuzzi muddy and main swimming pool slippery, don't waste your money cause this hotel didn't worth

La habitación estaba amplia y limpia, el hotel bonito, buenas amenidades. Cabe señalar que el personal me trató mejor la vez que reservé directo en la pág del hotel, me dieron un detalle de bienvenida, kit de limpieza etc. Ahora no, ni brazaletes para entrar a la alberca.
