es müsste wiedermal investiert werden

Am Objekt sieht man, dass man nur noch das nötigste investiert. Einiges an Beleuchtung ist defekt und scheint nicht gewechselt zu werden. Wir waren im Haus 4. Beim Kühlschrank fehlten in der Innentür die Ablagen. Teilweise fehlten auch Abdeckungen an den verschiedensten Geräten (Kühlschrank und Heizung). Das macht dann nicht den besten Eindruck. WLAN war eine Katastrophe. Handyempfang O2 Netz war ebenfalls sehr schlecht. Die Einrichtung ist ausreichend - 90er Jahre. Manchmal haben wir das eine oder andere an Küchenutensilien vermisst.
