「My experience with the place was very good overall. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping streets. Communication with the host through WhatsApp worked really well, but before arrival the communication via Hotels.com didn’t work properly – some of my messages didn’t go through, and vice versa. 「We really appreciated the AC in the VRBO! It was 90F and we looked forward to knowing we could cool down at home (although one bedroom did not have AC). It felt very safe behind a secure gate and door, clean and comfortable. Communication was good about check in and out. The location was about a 15-20 min walk from the main Citta Alta area, quieter and felt more "local" rather than touristy. Bergamo was a wonderful city to visit!」
