Lovely house, extremely clean & well maintained ...

Lovely house, extremely clean & well maintained with all mod cons provided. Garden is large enough with loungers, chairs, tables & parasol. Pool very clean. It was nice to have a quiet private space to sit & relax in the sun or the shade. Selection of shops close by to buy provisions & local quiet beach a short drive away.

Gorgeous villa

Villa was exactly as described, communication was great, nothing was too much trouble. Location is good with Aldi next door, walkable to restaurants at Beach - highly recommend Llum restaurant!! Pool was lovely, as was the covered eating area and outdoor sofa. We stayed as a family of 6 and had plenty of space for all of us. Closest beach is pebble beach but 5 mins in car takes you to miles and miles of sandy beaches. Lots to do in area but definitely need a car. Pedalos and boat trips from Denia Marina were great.

Vi var meget tilfreds med lejligheden. Lejligheden var smagfuldt og moderne indrettet og vi følte os godt tilpas . Lejligheden ligger i et roligt område men det anbefales at habe en bil til rådighed hvis man er til udflugter. Vi besøgte Denia, Calp, Altea, Benidorm og naturligvis Valencia som vi fløj til og fra. Alt i alt en rigtig dejlig ferie som vi gerne tænker tilbage på. Kærlig hilsen Randi

Meine Partnerin und ich waren Ende Juli ...

Meine Partnerin und ich waren Ende Juli 2023 eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft und sind mehr als zufrieden. Das Haus ist groß, gemütlich, und der Strand ist fußläufig. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl) ganz in der Nähe. Das Haus ist voll möbliert und hat alles, was man braucht. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der Pool und gesamte Aussenbereich mit Parkmöglichkeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus für einen Urlaub zum runterkommen! Die Lage war optimal für uns, da es entspannte Parkmöglichkeiten gab und man schnell am Strand war und die örtlichen Supermärkte und Restaurants nutzen konnte. Die Möglichkeit, mit mehreren Personen entspannt Homeoffice zu machen war auch großartig! Der Blick auf den Pool vom Schlafzimmerbalkon ist eines der Highlights. Alles war sehr neu und sauber, vor allem so einen guten Wasserdruck in der Regendusche war großartig! Vielen vielen Dank!
