“Stunning villa with unbelievable sea view. Lovely pool with comfy shady terrace areas, much needed in the heat! Situated in a quiet residential area but perfect for our needs. Fantastic tapas bar and cafe within walking distance. A car would be useful but with a well stocked supermarket across the road and beautiful beaches a short taxi ride away, it wasn't necessary for our weeks' stay. The villa was more than well equipped and we would definitely recommend and seek to book again. ”

“This is the third visit and as ever the property was great. Fantastic pool with BBQ and outside shower & toilet, there was a lovely mix of shaded and sunny areas to suit everyone. The downstairs was spacious with plenty of different places to relax and eat. The master bedroom and en-suite is huge with great air conditioning and comfortable bed. Calpe is 10 mins easy drive away with plenty of supermarkets to choose from. We also enjoyed the beach front restaurants. Our friends enjoyed exploring……

“A great rental property with amazing ocean views. Pool was a good size, although deep for the majority (not so great for small children) but ok for a teenager. The location was good, being walkable to the beach and the town centre of Moraira. A car is needed if you wanted to go further afield and makes it easier for accessing the supermarkets for supplies, being a self-catering villa. “We had an amazing stay at the villa with our group of 9 friends. The place was spacious, clean, and perfect for a group getaway. We especially loved the pool, and the table tennis table kept us entertained for hours. The big dinner table outside was perfect for group meals and long evenings together. The beautiful view and greenery around the villa made the stay even more enjoyable. Agata the host was great at communicating and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!”

“We had a lovely time in Casa Rosa! It was exactly as photographed here with beautifully maintained gardens and pool and a well-equipped and comfortable villa. We were a group of 5 adults and there was plenty of room for us all to spread out. The villa is close to some local restaurants and a 15 minute walk will take you to some lovely bars and restaurants by the water - Cabana and Algas bars etc. Moraira town is a good 40 minute walk away but there are taxis if you don’t fancy the walk.
