Villa El Horreo Xabia is located in Panorama and features a step-free interior. This two-story property offers, on the ground floor, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, balcony, and terrace, accessible only by an exterior staircase. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls with a dedicated workspace, a TV with Spanish and French channels, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, a washing machine, and beach or pool towels. A cot is also available. Enjoy a private pool (6x11x2 m), garden, open and covered terraces, balcony, barbecue, and an outdoor shower with hot water.



A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Granadella Natural Park is 700 m away, offering hiking and mountain biking trails as well as a viewpoint. The property provides one covered parking space and several additional spots. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted.



Your host provides a welcome package with essentials such as coffee and juice. Two bicycles are provided. The property follows waste separation guidelines, with information available on-site, and uses energy-saving lighting. There is also a fire extinguisher in the kitchen, as well as carbon monoxide, smoke, and heat detectors in each bedroom and the living room.

Great location - less than 10 min drive to Arenal beach. Villa was lovely. Beds nice and Showers were good and villa was very comfortable. All on one level so easy for me as have walking mobility issue. Large pool and outside seating area was lovely.Would definitely stay here again when coming back to Javea.
