“nice clean”

“The ambiance of the hotel is very special from when you first walk in to the surrounding area. It is so well situated if you want to be in the historic part of Valencia. Everything is within walking distance. The location is also very close to any transit needs you might have. The train station is a 20 minute walk, metro stations close by and many bus options available. I highly recommend it.”

“Door to the room was jammed open when we first arrived. A unusual water container was on the refrigerator. Someone had been in the room before us. Housekeeping didn’t replace an empty tissue box and towels the next day. These shampoo and soap dispensers are clogged and never cleaned.”

“Breakfast excellent. Gym shabby. Nice lobby but shabby narrow corridor. Comparable to 3star hotels in the states.”

“Clean room, friendly staff, great location in the old town, lovely views from rooftop pool. Only negative the pool bar had been closed for refurbishment, the sign said it would be open from 7th July. We were there 10th - 14th and it wasn’t open.”

“Just back from here and easily one of the best hotels in benidorm. me and my missus stayed the the premium suite with the pool few.the rooms are spacious,clean plenty of storage and good amenities. Staff are very welcoming and kind. The best part of the hotel is the adults only rooftop bar and pool and even in the busy season as of July you could go up any time of day and get a sun bed but be aware the bar is expensive for drinks. The breakfast in the morning was standard and could be a bit more……

“The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which made the stay very comfortable. The balconies were a great feature, offering pleasant views of both the street and the back patio. The shower had strong water pressure, and the kitchen was well equipped with quality silverware and glassware. The only minor drawback was that the shower did not have a shelf or ledge to hold shampoo, conditioner, or soap, which made it a bit inconvenient.……
