"The location, in the heart of old Valencia, was perfect. That staff was fluent in multiple languages including English. Everyone was very helpful and understanding and genuinely welcoming. The room was good, but due to HVAC limitations it was very hot for our liking. There was not way to run ventilation without heat. The windows opened which helped regulate, but the air quality in Valencia in March is very poor so leaving windows open poses its own problems."

"Wonderful Hotel in the perfect location"

"One block from Valencia train station but nestled in the residential corner. Room is spacious and lately built. We check in on Sunday afternoon so only one staff was there. She was busy talking on the phone and handling my check-in simultaneously. Don’t feel warm welcome but this is what you got a lot theses days so no complains. Hotel parking garage is super tight and if you are unlucky to meet two way traffic. You require a good skill to yield your car around to let other cars out of garage....

"The apartment really suited us. Comfortable bedroom, long corridor down to the bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The apartment was spotless, but word of warning we did see a couple of ants so be very careful about any food you leave in the kitchen. We stayed during fallas so it was very loud, but understandably so at the weekend (mid week was fine) Checking in was easy, we picked up the keys from Mon Suites cathedral which is a 1 minute walk away. Getting there was fine, we got the train...

"Right in the heart of centre apartment was clean and modern. Complimentary water and toiletries. Managed through cosmo hotel near by where reception staff provided codes at check in. Housekeep every 3 days which would of preferred 2 for towels "

"The apartment itself was great, very neat and clean and modern which we liked. The area is great as well. We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say we expected higher level of service. There was no cleaning half way through which was suprising and we had issues with toaster that did not work and missing a duvet and that took 3 days to sort out with contact daily. Lastly, they wrote us 48hour before arrival which was great to sort out deposit and taxi pick up at airport but they did not bother...

"This was such a fun and easy place to stay! The staff were extremely friendly, and happy to talk in English or help me work on my Spanish :) The breakfast was relaxing and delicious. The apartment was perfect - clean, quiet, spacious, etc. We will absolutely stay here again!"
