「In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria, all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm. It's ridiculous to me. By the way,the location is far from the nord station!don't recommend.」

「Neues Hotel, freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück inkl top Personal. Tolles Zimmer ausgefüllter Kühlschrank. Gerne Wieder. Zentral gelegen, top zum Essen gehen.」

「Cleaning improved after first issue.」

It's really nice. The bosses were all kind and always keep smiling. The room and bathroom are clean. The breakfast always enough. Not too far from centro and walk to the centro just need to go straight. It's easy.」

「Excellent location at the center of Valencia , a lot of restaurants and shops. Good breakfast」

「nice clean」

「This is a very nice hotel in the center of Valencia.」

「Lovely spot in the heart of Valencia. Great staff.」
