“Very good location in center of Madrid with 5 mins walk to Gran Via, the main shopping and commerce area of central Madrid. Great coffee shops at the corner of the street of the apartment, and quite a few good restaurants near by. Street was quiet during my stay. Concierge downstairs was very friendly and helpful, spoke English very well. Only thing I could commented would be the shower cubicle is a bit small and has no basket nor shelf to put my shower amenities.”

“这家酒店公寓挺好的，前台24小时都有，出门就是逛街，地理位置非常好，有大型商场，各大国际品牌都有，还有primark里面很多东西非常实惠。”

“Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also……

“La habitación está guay, solo que había una otra pegada a la mía separada por una puerta de madera donde si escuchaba la conversación de los vecinos como si estuviera dentro de mi habitación y así tarde en dormir, pero de resto todo bien ”

“Reception的工作人员非常热情且专业，房间很干净，位置非常方便，走路去圣家堂几分钟，去La Ramble 商业街也超近，地铁出门2分钟，总体来说，这家公寓非常值得推荐。”
