“Busy place and in my opinion the staff deserve a medal as they worked through Christmas Day. I think the hotel chain or Expedia should give the staff a reward. Fantastic team at fiesta park, who made all feel welcome. On a side note, I think you would struggle to find better food in Benidorm. The kitchen staff produced amazing food. And on a large scale. If anyone’s passing through these comments and is trying to work out a hotel, then honestly give fiesta park a try. Thanks :) ”

“We arrived very late, our welcome was friendly and we were offed food even though the restaurant was closed. The whole hotle is immaculately clean. All the staff are professional and friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner, both were fresh, hot and the options were varied. We would definitely recommend a stay here.”

“旅行了很多国家，第一次碰到如此恶劣的酒店。入住时，由于我们事前没有填写带小朋友的信息，拒绝我们入住，我们表示愿意支付加床房费、或更换成其他房型都可以，前台态度特别恶劣，还指责我们是我们的错，跟酒店无关，后来我们一直据理力争，至少我们可以入住两人，然后再去其他酒店另外订个房间，前台这才停止无理取闹，然后改口说有个客人刚刚退了个三人间，可以帮我们调，但需要增加27欧，我们也不想再折腾，也就同意了，但整个心情完全被破坏了。更奇葩的是，我们希望借个开酒器开酒，居然要7欧元，我们反复解释是借不是买，前台说只要是开自己的酒就是这个价，去酒店酒吧买酒就OK了。我们最后去了酒店对门的超市，一个开瓶器也就3.5欧，一瓶酒也是4-5欧，这个酒店只认钱，没有一点服务精神。太奇葩了。走了十多个国家了，这是唯一的一个，没有之一。”

“El mejor hotel que he estado. La entrada nos la hizo Mariví creo que se llama. Encantadora simpática y gestionó la botella. La habitación muy bien, y el buffet de lo mejor que he visto. La.bebida gratuita en el buffet que no lo he visto en ningún otro hotel. Un diez en todo y volveré siempre que pueda. Los camareros del buffet siempre muy atentos.”
