「Very nice hotel! It looks modern, sleek, clean. Staff was always helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is in the middle of a business/Industrial site, still nice and no noisy. Alicante and Elche are about 20-25 minutes away. They provided boxed water in the room which was nice. Breakfast was consistent and good quality. The only thing is that they closed their pool area at 8pm, and it is spring/ summer time! Sun is still out and hot ;) We were a group of 9, I would stay again!」

「Jag och min fru bokade 2 veckor här och all inklusive. Stort hotell med 14 våningar och bara 4 jämt upptagna hissar, det borde ha varit minst 8 hissar. Totalt 4 kaffe maskiner och 2 utav dem var ur funktioner och den tredje maskinen gick sönder, lång kö för att hämta kaffe och matsalen var fullt med folk, det här pågick i flera dagar. Dricksvatten från handpumpen var inte drickbara och personalen sprang runt i matsalen för att dela dricksvatten i vattenflaskor, totalt kaos nästan varje dag....

「5 star views!!! I must admit the views were incredible, worthy of their 5 star status. The rooms were spacious that came with all the necessary toiletries. However- the bed linen or top cover was not comfortable , quite course and not what I’d expect for such a signature hotel. The breakfast was good- the staff were amazing - however - due to the limited amount of guests (14 rooms vacated vs 84) the hotel decided to close the pool bar and play no music!! 「Quiet, clean and comfortable. Not in downtown but there are taxis and buses around. You can also walk to the city, around 3 miles. Food at the hotel was ok and price is reasonable.」
