“Overall very nice and clean”

“We spent about an hour at the check-in as the info on the reservation was not clear if I booked a room with private bathroom or sharing one. We then decided to accept to stay in one with bathroom on the corridor but the reception young guy arranged for us to move to a much better room with private bathroom. He was very helpful with any of our request. Be aware, no matter which room you get, all are noisy, from outside or even from next door or corridor. Aircon is fantastic, we always loved……

“Vakkert hotell med nydelig havutsikt og rolige omgivelser. Rommet var rent og komfortabelt, og servicen god. Frokosten var variert og smakfull. Spa-tjenestene var litt dyre, og jeg valgte derfor å ikke bruke dem. Totalt sett et avslappende og behagelig opphold – jeg kommer gjerne tilbake.”

“A lovely hotel with nice staff and great location. The pity is some smell exists in my room, but it become ok if you open the windows for a while. There exist some foods in the restaurant next to the hotel, not many choices but ok. The boss seems suprised when we wanna eat dinner there, but she still kindly prepare the dinner for us. In a word, I'll come back if I visit Alicante again : )”

“We were only there for three nights but wanted somewhere on the outskirts of Alicante. The tram is only a couple of minutes walk from the property so handy for visiting Alicante or the beach at Costa Blanca. Only a few eateries/bars close by but we went into Alicante each night to eat so it did not really affects us. The accommodation is on a busy junction but you cannot hear this in the room. A simple breakfast was left each day which was unexpected but appreciated ”

“La tranquilidad y relajación del bloque, nadie molesta y se puede descansar, lo más bonito son las vistas al mar desde la piscina, por lo demás todo perfecto la limpieza, todo nuevo y cuidado nos ha gustado bastante seguro que vamos a repetir”

“Very noisy at night property was good ”

“I know it’s hard to have somebody there overnight over the night but sometimes people need assistance and they can’t get in the door because they can’t remember all these things and because we don’t have Wi-Fi until we get there. It’s a bit hard but I did love the hotel everything about it was great.”

“旅行了很多国家，第一次碰到如此恶劣的酒店。入住时，由于我们事前没有填写带小朋友的信息，拒绝我们入住，我们表示愿意支付加床房费、或更换成其他房型都可以，前台态度特别恶劣，还指责我们是我们的错，跟酒店无关，后来我们一直据理力争，至少我们可以入住两人，然后再去其他酒店另外订个房间，前台这才停止无理取闹，然后改口说有个客人刚刚退了个三人间，可以帮我们调，但需要增加27欧，我们也不想再折腾，也就同意了，但整个心情完全被破坏了。更奇葩的是，我们希望借个开酒器开酒，居然要7欧元，我们反复解释是借不是买，前台说只要是开自己的酒就是这个价，去酒店酒吧买酒就OK了。我们最后去了酒店对门的超市，一个开瓶器也就3.5欧，一瓶酒也是4-5欧，这个酒店只认钱，没有一点服务精神。太奇葩了。走了十多个国家了，这是唯一的一个，没有之一。”

“We had an amazing stay! Really recommend this place for families with little kids. I would strongly encourage having your own vehicle to drive around though. ”

“The property was beautiful and nice. Very modern. Interieur modern. Nice bed and shower!! Garden was very nice. Swimming pool good!”
