we recently stayed here, loved the room and balcony, the pool was a bit chilly but manageable, the staff were polite and efficient and a great location, short walk to the beach and the tram stop is 5 mins away

Good modern, friendly and helpful staff. I hope they renovate the older side of the hotel to get it matching the new side! The dining was good, would be helpful to label the food ingredients and show if it’s suitable for vegetarians etc.. but staff in dining were helpful to explain options.

We went in early October. Its an easy tram and bus journey into Alicante. The pools are fresh but lovely. The rooftop barvis fab and the brekfast suits all appetites. Would definitely go again.
