"We love the Commodore and generally prefer to stay here when in the Stowe area. It's affordable, comfortable, and it's very close to town. The place is a bit of a time travel trip, with 80s decor rooms and staff that are adorably from another time, but that just makes it even more charming. "

"The room was clean however the bedding was not. Hair and spilled food were all over it. The staff was nice for the most part though not very helpful or forthcoming with information pertinent to my stay."

"The breakfast menu was absolutely fresh, with lots of healthy options to choose from, including kid-friendly options. Ski slopes were easily accessible as the resort has complimentary shuttles to the slopes. I absolutely loved the fact that there were sleigh rides right across from the resort which is absolutely nice and convenient as an added and must-do activity for families. Everything for the most part is convenient and within proximity including restaurants, shopping, Main Stowe village, ski slopes, etc. Not only is the location of this resort conveniently situated but the views from this resort are absolutely stunning. "The room is small but very nice. very clean, spacious bathroom with oversized jacuzzi tab. I love the bed with comfortable mattress and nice and warm comforter. location is perfect at the center of everything. staff at the breakfast room was extremely nice to help us to heat up left over from dinner (expensive and good food). hot tub and sauna, health club room wonderful after day of skiing. "

"All you need for a family ski trip and nothing more: clean room, lovely accommodating staff, breakfast with hot items, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, laundry facilities, all day coffee and tea station as well as filtered water to fill up bottles. There is a large dining area you can use to eat your own food any time of day with microwave oven and toaster nearby. Ski storage corner inside every room, plus large open face closet space with hangers as well as floor space for boot bags. We were comfortable and very satisfied. "
