「We went for my wife’s birthday 9/24-9/28 to enjoy Manchester and the amenities as advertised on their website: Bar & Restaurant - not open no liquor license Indoor pool & hot tub - not working. Golf course - grass on greens & fairways 3-4 inches not playable. Indoor fireplace - not working. Front desk - asked to have room coffee pot replaced - never told housekeeping, when we asked housekeeping they brought one right away. Front desk - called at 3 for housekeeping & was told they were 2 rooms...

「Expedia now includes fees and taxes in their quote. Management at the Snowflake Inn asked for an additional amenities fee, which in fact for the same amenities as quoted by Expedia. If you stay here, keep you booking email to prove that fees have been paid. In the end, they did reverse their duplicate charge」

「There was only one restaurant available for dinner and we were seated next to an anniversary party of about 35 people with several young kids. The party should have been in a private dining area as it was really awkward being seated right next to them. While there was some humor in it (they brought us a piece of the cake) it spoiled our dinner. Additionally the food wasn’t great. My husband’s salmon was over cooked and my country pie was not made correctly so they comped it. Also, we made the...
