“All furniture are in bad aesthetics, Walls are Soaked with sealants, poor and sick feeling, Hell amount of dust under the bed on floor. Which could be better. Food in Restaurant was not as per expectations, a single bill for food and beverages was good to have, however all the staffs were very good and supporting. ”

I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. “There were unexpected charges related to the age of my children. I booked for two adults and two children but had to pay £230 extra for my oldest child upon arrival. Hotel subsequently realised that the charge was not entirely correct but only partially compensated me. The breakfast was excellent and the service at the breakfast was wonderful. We have come since it opened last year this is our second year staying at this beautiful hotel! Staff go up & beyond to ensure your stay is the best you can have nothing is too much trouble. “Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. Overall I feel it's not worth value for money ”

“We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives……
