Average except for smoke/fire alarm going off at 2:44 a.m. for no apparent reason. Extremely annoying for tired travelers.

The first room we were put in was dirty and the roof was leaking in the bathroom from the rainstorm. However, the staff member on duty that night switched us immediately when I went and told her. We didn’t use the AC unit because it was cold already so we just had the window open. The room we were switched to had a quarter size hole near the door knob and you could see straight into the room. The hot plate was also missing the knobs.

It is the process of being remodeled. It sounded like people were installing carpet upstairs all night. At breakfast there were no eggs, the sausage were barely warm and the orange juice was watered down.

The Motel didn’t have the same name

These people had a different name on their Motel then what was online? We had a hard time finding a Motel because the Motel had a different name other than what was online. They need to change the name of their Motel as soon as possible so we were not the only people that were frustrated.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel car il était indiqué qu’il y’avait : - Piscine => celle-ci doit être inutilisable depuis un long moment vu l’état d’insalubrité. Il doit y vivre un sacré écosystème! C’est pourtant bien encore indiqué à l’entrée de l’hôtel « swimming pool and spa » - Laverie => tout hors service - Cuisine => 0 ustensile. Je ne sais pas vous mais moi quand je vais dans un hotel je ne ramène pas mes poêles. Ce n’est pas le camping. Si on avait su cela nous aurions réservé un autre hôtel, en plus nous sommes restés trois nuits. Sachant cela l’hôtel n’a pas voulu faire de geste commercial. Pourtant la pub mensongère est volontaire de sa part. Mais ça lui fait plus de client donc pourquoi s’en priverait-il ? En plus de cela, petit déjeuner incorrect: - tout est coupé à l’eau : œufs brouillés, gaufres, jus de fruit = horrible - nous sommes descendus 6 h 30 (petit dej commence à 6 h), il n’y avait plus rien à manger. J’ai dû aller dire au gars de l’accueil de se mettre au travail pour remplir le petit déjeuner. Il était sur son téléphone. Dur travail. Nous avons dû vider nos poubelles. Clim trop bruyante. Hôtel en état d’abandon. Peut être dû au changement de nom (qui n’est d’ailleurs pas indiqué non plus)

Stay away from this hotel !

Hotel changes name constantly to improve reviews, this is a filthy place , ac can’t be adjusted, room wasn’t cleaned properly. Not worth the price!!

There were stains on the bed and the hotel really wasn’t very clean at all. There was still dirty parts in our room and we were very bummed to see that the swimming pool was very very disgusting covered in green stuff and not open.

The owners and staff are extremely friendly, professional, kind and expeditious! They are in the process of remodeling and upgrading the entire hotel and the entire property. So it is A3 rating at the moment but will soon be a five-star establishment

The price reflects the property. Clean. Needs some maintenance - ice machine out of order. Pool out of order. Laundry machines out of order. Missing outlet cover in room. Some of the light switches didn’t work. Sink very slow to drain. Did have fresh paint and carpet.
